The Cadco installers were here ahead of the scheduled time to put in a new air conditioner. I would recommend them to any one needing air or heating system. they were very efficient and knowledgeable at what they were doing and also they cleaned up their mess and made sure the air conditioner was working properly before they left. I give them a five star!!!

My furnace recently went out and I contacted Tag with Cadco. He gave me a reasonable price on a new unit. The crew was professional and work late into the evening and through the weekend to get my heat running again. Thanks to Cadco for getting me out of a bad situation. I would recommend to anyone...

Anyone needing a new heating and cooling unit do not and I repeat do not use this company. May 2017 (2 years ago) I had a new heating and cooling system installed through Cadco. At the time is installation very very unprofessional, now 2 years later no heat and it’s 19 degrees. Furnace not working. Called 4 times last evening to get repair service since temp were going to be 19 degrees. Not one return call. I even told the answering service I agreed to emergency service call still no one called back. After paying 5,880.00 for a unit should it not have held up Longer than 2 years. Should I not receive better service than this. Cannot even get a service repair person to call be back. If you are going to spend big bucks for a new system you better go elsewhere cause you DO NOT get what you pay for here.

Cadco was very helpful! I live in West Virginia and they made it out to my house within 24 hours of calling! Their tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Cadco to anyone looking for quick, dependable service!

During the recent winter storm (winter 2021) like many Ashlanders, my mom was without heat for a week. I was able to purchase some gas stand heaters and they installed them for us. It was a pretty quick turnaround and they did a great job. They were wonderful to work with and always pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend them.

My family owns a building in downtown Ashland. Due to no response from our usual HVAC company on an emergency call (it was a weekend), we gave Cadco a call. We had three issues needing addressed and all three issues were were solved as fast in an expedient manner. Every person we worked with had incredible customer service skills. They honestly laid out the conditions and options for moving forward. They proactively took steps along the way that made the next step easier, whether it was for them, or for items we needed to do. I highly recommend them.

CADCO's service was absolutely top notch. We had a new heating and cooling system installed by them a few months ago as well as a few other services previously. My family could not be more satisfied with how everything has turned out. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable and they treated us in a very friendly and professional manner. woke up to a AC not working and my house already at 80 degrees. called 5 other companies and they were booked out for weeks. With a baby and my wife 9 mos pregnant, we needed somebody to help ASAP. We called Cadco and Kelly the receptionist went above and beyond to help us and fit us in. Jacob and another man came over within a few hours and took care of the problem with no issues, fast and very nice. will def use them again! thanks for saving us on this sweltering day!

Furnace went out. Cadco sent someone out on a Sunday. Unit was very old and had to be replaced. Prices very reasonable and competitive. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

In April 2022, Chris Staten, Owner at Cadco Heating and Cooling, hired my company to consult on a project of theirs in Waynesville, NC. We responded promptly, driving 3 hrs in each direction from our office and making the trip on 3 separate days. Our contribution to the Brookmont lofts project allowed Cadco to collect their final payments and to meet the Energy Star Program's final standards concerning the installation of the HVAC and ductwork. After more than a year of our invoices going unpaid, Chris finally responded to my texts/emails and told me directly that he would not pay our invoice because he 'didn't get what he was supposed to' from the job. Without my company's work, Cadco would not have been able to even collect their final payments for meeting their energy performance requirements at the Brookmont Lofts project. I cannot describe accurately my feelings of disappointment having been lied to and used to assist this company.
I've held on to this for 3 years now - not healthy, I know - but I just cannot shake how someone can so maliciously disregard another person with such arrogance. Approach this company at your own peril.

Both Jimmie and Jerry were very well mannered and professional. They made sure everything was up and running without any complications. Also made sure that we were satisfied with our new unit.

Kyle came out to see why our unit was sweating so bad. He was the most polite, respectful, knowledgeable young man that we’ve ever encountered. He explained everything very thoroughly and didn’t leave until he watched our unit multiple times to make sure it was working correctly. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. (I was expecting to have to wait a week or two.) The tech arrived on time- he actually called when he was 15 minutes away. He inspected the furnace, quickly found the problem, and had it fixed in record time. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I also felt the fee was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I would HIGHLY recommend Polar Bear Heating and Air! They were early, professional, and really nice. Michael and Don took care of me when it counted. I will be using Polar Bear from here on out.
