HVAC reviews in Ashland, Kentucky

I'll start from the beginning. We bought our home back in 2019 and we were told the furnace was still in great condition. Ashland furnace was the original installers. They did a wonderful job probably close to 15-20 yrs ago and so we kept that faith and trust that they would do it again! So we called them and amazingly they came out the next day and installed the new furnace. We are warm, happy and satisfied customers. Thank you Roger!

Very good people to work with. Sales is responsive and technicians are reliable and proficient.

When you call them, they will tell you that they will be on the way... However, they never bother to call you back if there is a delay... Plus, you get some call center after hours.... Very unprofessional

This company does not do the entire tri-state area. I live 45 minutes from their business office on Winchester Avenue, I was to far for them to even consider my needs.

Do not use! Run for your life. If you can find Darrell Staten use him otherwise stay away!!!!! Completely unprofessional! Total rip off! Lousy service! You will not get your warranty! Use any one else! Pretty certain a clown would do a better job!

This company is great to work with. They do quality work and are very good at what they do. They have done work for both my office and my home. I use them all the time!!

Bad experience. Called on a Sunday morning, requested after hour services, since supposedly they offer 24/7 service. Explained that need air-conditioning fixed ASAP, due to an ill family member. Was told that someone will contact me shortly. Did not get a call back 'till Monday morning.
