I have had communications and dealings with this company for about 2 years now. I have never been let down or seen another customer let down. They give back to their community and customers with contests and giveaways. This company goes above and beyong to not only help their customers but to also leave them highly impressed! Air Extreme Heating and Cooling is by far one of the most compassionate companies I have had the pleasure of knowing. They take customer service and satisfaction very seriously. If your ever in need of heating or cooling, you should definitely give them a call they truly are #1 in the heating and air business.

They are constantly doing promotions for their local and out of town customers to really involve their clients in their business. A lot of corporate companies have lost that personal touch and service and it is refreshing to see this kind dedication to your community and not just the money. Great company and hope to see you continue to grow!

Ordinarily you don't write reviews for places you've never done business with but apparently that's not the case with Air Extreme so here goes.... Any company raffles off a product to generate positive reviews is not a company I want to do business with. I pass your business frequently and came here looking for reviews. What I found is worse than no reviews at all. I highly recommend you remove them all and start over.

I recently had an air conditioning issue, and I called Air Extreme. They came out in short order and resolved my issue in no time. They also have a great service club membership program and club member coupons. I signed up right away for a low monthly payment and by doing so, it cut my cost to resolve my issue in half. I strongly recommend Air Extreme for any heating and air needs.

Air Extreme is by far the best at what they do. They're not only #1 in the U.S. in their field, but they also care about their clients and give back to the commuity. They are truly a compassionate bunch that deserve nothing but praises. Give them a shot and you will be highly satisfied with their professionalism, demeanor, and all out award winning attitude. Air Extreme Heating and Cooling has the best employees from customer service to the technicians. They helped repair our system twice over the years, always kept the appointment dates and times, was extremely knowledgable, and you could just tell, they knew exactly what they were doing. They guarantee their work and respect your property. Now when I need heat and air servicing again, it will only be with Air Extreme Heating and Cooling. The more I learn about them, them more I love. Very caring for their customers and their community. Even more than that, they help people miles around with heating and air needs and even to the point of giving full systems away to someone in need every winter and summer. Just can't find companies like this anymore.They have become like an extended family to many of us! They always give more than they take.

Although I live outside this companies service area I just wanted to commend them on the contests and promos they run. They are all inclusive and it's a positive way to bring attention to they're business. Based on other reviews this is a professional and seem to genuinely care for their customers.

Awesome experience w/ this company! When everyone else was not able to respond timely, Terry & his crew came to the rescue on another day.. I Initially contacted Terry to service & repair an existing a/c unit which is well over 12 years old & has many hours of extensive heavy use. It Was decided a complete new unit would be my best option & value.. Terry & his crew showed up right on time at 8:00am as promised.. They removed & installed a new ultra high-efficiency, whisper quiet 3.5 ton central heating & air unit.. This new energy efficient unit should save me a lot of money on my monthly electric utility bills (maybe over a thousand dollars annually) They also did some unexpected, but highly needed air duct repair work in the attic at no additional cost to assure proper air flow throughout the entire house.. After installation quality control testing was performed to assure complete customer satisfaction. They completed this project by 11:00am after only 3 hours of work including thorough cleanup & hauling away of the old existing equipment.. Terry & his highly trained & skilled, knowledgeable & dedicated crew did an outstanding job for me this morning & actually stuck w/ their original estimate!! In addition, they applied that initial repair cost from last Friday towards the invoice saving me additional money!! After several years in the oil industry dealing w/ hundreds of oilfield contractors on a monthly basis, I can assure everyone out there that these guys are the real deal for anything HVAC & highly recommended***

Good Morning !! Air Extreme would like a review, but it is difficult to write a review for a company that you have never used - yet !! But I do know that If - and when - I need a heating company, I will certainly remember them. However....... I do believe that they are a company with a helping and caring heart. To me that goes a long way because I also believe that they are honest, loyal and fair. Anyway if you have a heat or a/c issue, you really might want to consider calling them first !!! I blew a capacitor in my heat pump and Extreme responded quickly. The repair was fast, efficient and affordable. Mike was my technician. Highly recommend!

They use an extremely predatory lending provider called Enerbank. They won't attempt to fix your existing AC (I simply needed a fan I had already installed myself that was working, but was mounted wrong, correctly mounted), and will take advantage of you being miserable in 90+ degree heat to make a sale. The install was quick but one of the technicians smelled like a liquor store. Instead of removing the existing base for my old unit, they just put the new one on top, which looks like trash. Absolutely under no circumstances should you ever finance with Enerbank. Incredibly predatory, do your research.

A/C went out called and within 30 minutes they showed up at the house and had it fixed and running. Very professional honest and very detailed. They have earned my trust and will be our heating and cooling company from this moment forward. They are very family oriented and get recommended them enough A+A+A+A+

We had built on an addition to the home and when we needed to add ducts and vents it was so easy to have it done. I called one day, they came out the next and started the 3rd day. That is what you call service and the techs were excellent. Great guys and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

I've used this company twice to replace my outside unit (7 years) and the inside handler last winter. They charged a decent price then and were fine, but the outside unit's compressor failed just outside the 5 year warranty. I should have registered the warranty myself but I didn't know any better, if they had done it I would have had a 10 year warranty and been out no money. I take all the fault in this it's my bad, the big problem is they wanted over 5100 dollars to replace the outside unit which is almost three times the amount we paid to them in the first place. They couldn't explain the price difference so we had a second company come and they charged 2200 for the same service. Ar-Tron was that company and they also registered our warranty so we have a 10 year one now.

This is amazing company. I absolutely love the work they did. They were on time and very respectable when they came in to my house also on the phone. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. Great Company

Just had a change out and unit upgrade completed. The installers (Ron and Cullen) were very professional. The job was done exactly how I wanted it and even though I made some changes on location of the units they made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend using this company.

Charged $75 for an estimate to tell me it would be $800 to fix my unit. I found another company that did the same job for $300–less than half the price. I also had to wait several days for an appointment. They do not come out in one hour, or 24 hours, or anything else their advertising states. I recommend going with another company and not losing $75 to find out you’ll be massively overcharged.

This is a fantastic company who go out of their way to help with all their customers needs. They care about you as if you're more than a profit to them. They are also very supportive of the US armed forces. And that's always a plus when I'm doing business with someone. I highly suggest you give them a try and call for an estimate.

I've never done business with the company but I follow them on Facebook. One thing that makes a great company is the people and how they treat their customers. My contact with them on social media has been excellent. They not only have giveaways online, they give back to people in their community. From everything I've seen and heard, they are who you want to do business with.

I love this company, I have honestly never been to them myself but I have only heard good things. They are also pretty smart about business. Instead of wasting marketing money on useless advertisements, they use social media and get many more views that way. They do giveaways all the time and everybody loves free giveaways! They also help people in need during the winter months by giving away a heating service to someone that really needs it. Love it!!!
