If you’re looking for fair prices and honest work, this is NOT the place to go. They took advantage of our HVAC ignorance. They told us our system had a leak, so he put 2.5lbs of Freon in it. Then, he convinced us to pay for a spray leak test, which concluded there were no leaks. The technician offered another leak test for $400, which would have made our bill $980 for NO FIX, just a diagnostic on where the leak was. Thankfully we declined the 2nd leak test. We paid $580 and the AC went out again 2 days later.

We paid $580 for a test that didn’t give answers and 2.5lbs of Freon that leaked out within 2 days. I explained my frustrations to the company, and they offered to come do the $400 leak test free of charge, but then we would ‘discuss a long-term solution’. So still, $580 later and no fix.

Thankfully, they did offer me a full refund. I had another HVAC guy (different company) come out the next day, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 hour, while only charging us $600.

Long story short, they will rip you off and they have no interest in solving your problems. They just want to drag them out to make more money off you. I would not recommend this company for HVAC repairs.

Terry and his crew were great! They arrived on time and gave us a whole new system in one day! They were all very professional and polite and cleaned up everything as well! I highly recommend!

The owner responded to a service call at the home of a disabled Veteran who had called for a price quote from 2 different companies. After witnessing the gentleman being berated by the owner of another company, the owner of Air Extreme Heating & Cooling apologized for such rude behavior from a fellow business man PLUS paid the service call quote from the other company to rid the offending person. Integrity. Priceless.

The service was great until the time it started to get cold. The Cold air worked great but once we needed heat it never worked. It just pretty much recirculated the air in the house. I called and the gentleman came out and checked everything and said it was the thermostat (The Nest). He was a respectful gentleman but it seemed like he just wanted to go home after a long day which I can understand that, it happens. I went to Lowe’s and bought a replacement for the thermostat and I replaced it but the heat still didn’t work. So I called nest and after being on the phone with them for 4 hours ( very respectful people and great service) they said everything was hooked up for the thermostat and they transferred me to their senior rep. and he was a Certified HVAC with the nest company and asked for pictures of the units. Once I went outside to take a picture I saw a grey box open with a fuse handle unplugged just sitting on top of the fuse box. The plug in ports where exposed to the weather (rain/snow/dirt/etc.) and could of caught the house on fire. This is the reason for the one start is that the rush of both visits to get out and go home was rushed and failed to take the time to go through and check the safety of my home.

I love this company. They are friendly, compassionate and hard working & honest! If your heating and air needs serviced they are the ones to call.

They are an amazing I would say company ,but they are more like family. I would recommed them to everyone I know and to all of my facebook friends and family. They put people first and they are not like most places that would take advantage of a person.Their prices are very affordable. Please keep up the good work.

I love the fact that they are home town people. They give back to the community and are friendly. I have had to call them just to get answers and they took their time to explain how things worked and the best rooute to go on fixing my issue. They did NOT pressure me into buying anything or even using their service. Just honestly answered my questions and let me decide what was best for me.

Not only are they professional but they do an amazing job! They are always available and can't beat the prices! To top it off they do a lot to help the community and hold giveaways all the time, very generous company :)

Havent had the pleasure of doing business with them yet however I have gotten some awesome quotes for them for air duct cleaning and plan on getting this done soon. Love to do business with businesses that give back to the community.

Very disappointed with the service that we had this month. The heat went out so I was calling local companies. The Air Extreme secretary was very friendly and was able to get someone to the house early the next day. The individual they sent out was friendly, but literally had no idea what he was doing. He kept stating that he did business units NOT home units. Now, why was he there? Second, he kept going on Google trying to diagnose the problem that way. Third, he stated that the "boards" were bad and they were going to be over $1,000 together and he could not promise me that it would even work. He also kept trying to talk me into getting some type of monthly coverage to mark the price down a little (although I would have came out paying the same or more). I am so glad that we went with General Elecric because the Air Extreme tech was completely wrong about the issue, made an absolute disaster in the attic (General had to clean all of this) and honestly made it seem like a joke although my mom had been without heat for a week or longer. The gentleman working for General brought my mom some electric heaters to keep the home warm while the issue was being addressed. It turns out that the problem was the burners and only one side was working. The Air Extreme had it running on emergency heat, which could have been a disaster. Moral of the story, do not waste the $75 to even get them to come out there because it's not worth it in any way.

The service was scheduled to arrive within 24 hours; technician arrived punctually and found a major problem in the performance of unit. We were so impressed that we purchased the maintenance program for HEPA filter replacement twice annually and discounts on other service calls.
