I called H&H because our furnace stopped heating. It was a Friday so I figured no one would do a service call that day. To my surprise, they came out that same afternoon, and checked everything. Unfortunately, we need a new furnace. However, the technician, Blake, was very thorough, professional and very friendly. He took his time and explained the problems, gave us a quote, which was very reasonable I might add, and made an appointment to come back after the weekend and replace our unit. We were very happy at the quick appointment time. So far we are very pleased with their efficiency, professionalism and kindness. I’ll let you know how the installment procedure goes. As for now, I highly recommend calling H&H!

Awesome people. Our central heat went out and these Amazing guys came fix our heat in this weather. They also did it in a timely matter. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Outstanding company. My second project with them. Today - installed two mini splits - beautiful work inside and out. This company is on time and very reasonably priced. Customer service is excellent (returned My initial email at 9:00 pm). I highly recommend HH Heating & Cooling.

Wow! Talk about top notch service! My heat went out at 5:00AM, I called the 24/7 line and received a call back from a tech within 20 minutes. He arrived at my home at 6:30AM to assess the situation, got the part needed and my heat was fixed before 9:00AM. I did pay extra for the emergency service, but so worth it! I am forever grateful for HH Heating & Cooling, plus Josh's promptness and professionalism. Again...thank you!

John and his partner came out to fix my air compressor and the compressor they received broke again, so they came back out and didn’t hesitate to fix it and make it right. You don’t come by two honest, great people often but they are a good team and very professional. I would highly recommend their services. They are very knowledgeable guys and friendly!

Absolute trash! These people do not show up anywhere near the time and act as though they are doing YOU a favor by offering to put you back on their schedule. They act like they don’t want anymore business stating they have so many customers and that’s why the jobs are so hard to estimate. Well clearly they don’t need more folks unless you don’t mind blowing a whole day to wait on them never to show up.

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty when I filed a claim for my furnace not working. From here on out, Patterson's will be my first choice for any heating or cooling needs. They were fantastic, and I've already recommended them to all my local friends.

So far Mr. Patterson has been amazing and he hasn't even came to my house yet. When I filed a claim with my home warranty, the first company couldn't even be bothered of calling me about my claim. Mr. Patterson called me within 10 minutes of AHS setting the claim up! Scheduled for Monday so hopefully I continue to have the awesome service I have already received (which I am pretty sure I will)!

We used Pattersons on a home warranty and they ended up coming out twice. Little did we know they did a temporary fix on our unit. Fast forward a short time and we’ve had to have another company come out. They explained our wires were burnt up, the unit was a mess like they’ve never seen before. They said whoever came out before knew nothing of what they were doing or just didn’t care and kept overriding all the issues. Which caused it to burn up and overheat. They’ve caused us so many issues and not we’re out more money. I assume they did temp fixes since it was under warranty. Would not recommend at all.

John and the crew fixed our leaking Freon valve so fast! It was getting close to 90⁰F in our home and we were struggling. But now we are so happy and 'chilling' again. ❤️

John Patterson has been our go to HVAC service guy since we bought our house 2 years ago. The house came with a warranty as the units are well over 20 years old. The warranty only covers repairs and it needs repaired often. John always is quick to get in touch with us, very informative during the process and does quality work. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Chris and his crew are always professional, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. After going through three different companies, Chris fixed the problem and we've had no trouble since. Highly recommend!

Absolutely to be avoided.
Run away! Avoid if at all possible.
They installed my new central air conditioning system outside and renovated my existing heating system inside. Sort of. Kinda.
Left tons of unused material from the work behind in my basement afterwards. I discovered the debris and then had to dispose of it.
They were also then supposed to clean the existing ducts as I paid extra for this service.
Did not clean anything.
Not even close.
Left behind tons of basically trash inside the ductwork including several billiard balls.
Blamed it on an employee who was fired.
I still -despite numerous and deep misgivings -still used them for heating and a/c system maintenance.
You cannot schedule appointments with this firm.
It’s almost impossible.
You call and call and leave messages and they promise to come within 2 weeks - and then 3 weeks go by.
No service.
Not a word.
Crickets.
It is easier to schedule neurosurgery than to get a spring cleaning with this “family business “.
Horrible experience.
Do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation and hire a true service professional.

I used AirTek for three HVAC systems and initially had a positive experience. That changed with one system in a small two-bedroom rental that was costing nearly $1,000/month to heat during winter.

I made repeated warranty service calls and was told the issue was tenant misuse. I then hired another HVAC company, which identified two defects in the system and completed repairs.

I attempted to resolve the matter directly and fairly before posting this review, but those efforts did not lead anywhere. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about how warranty concerns are handled after installation.
