Reviews of local pros in Edgewood, Kentucky

Had Bobby and Amber come to our house from cleaning authorities. I would recommend this company they did everything. We asked them to do. Top notch work. They worked hard and quick.

JP does a fantastic job- we are so glad we are in her rotation, she remembers all the little things and always adds in extra charm to our rooms.

Jessica has been part of the pair that has shown up the last two times to clean my home. She does an amazing job and is super nice and knows what she is doing. I have collectibles displayed and she knows how to clean around them the correct way so that something won’t break. Connie was with her the time before last and she did great work. Maria was with her this time and she did a good job.

Jessica, Connie, Trista provided great cleaning services today. I was working from home and they were able to clean while keeping noise to a minimum. Great job getting everything clean. I can't find dirt anywhere and I have looked!!!

We’ve had a few cleanings so far and are very impressed by the thorough work done each time. Thanks to Kristine, Bobbie, Tiffany, Jessica, Connie, Alyssa, Isabelle, Autumn A, Autumn G, Miranda, and Brianna.

Utilizing the services of The Cleaning Authority over the past 2 years has been a great investment for our family. Kristine & Ryiinn do an amazing job! Bobbi is phenomenal as well. Very personable and professional! Highly recommend them.

Isabelle, Mirella, and Autumn G. did our clean today and they did such an amazing job. Efficient, yet very thorough. Hope we get them back for our clean next month! ♥️

Jessica and Luli did a wonderful job! These girls work hard! All who have cleaned my house are great. Some I remember are Autumn, mirabella, Kassandra & Vanessa. I know there have been more but I’m not good about reviews. Thank you for all you’re hard work!

Another great job today from The Cleaning Authority! They clean for my Mother. Do I recommend them…Yes! Kristine is an excellent team leader and ensures her squad does a thorough job. Rylinn joined the team today and was also on point! Hardworking, thorough and friendly, too!

We've been using this company for over a year, they come every two weeks to clean our home. We haven't had one bad experience with this company. The cleaning is always been top-notch, comprehensive, and they always ask if we have particular areas we need focus on when they clean. Thank you Ariel, Mellissa, Brittney, Autumn, and all the other great cleaners who devote such great attention to detail and care towards excellence! Highly recommend!

We have been customers of the Cleaning Authority since they came to town, and we have been very happy with her services.

I'm always very happy when The Cleaning Authority comes to my house. I love that they have a checklist so I know what to expect, and so the crew knows exactly what to do. Today's cleaning by Hannah and Allison was no exception. They did a great job!

I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for several months now and I absolutely love it! I don’t know what I would do without them!

Enlisting The Cleaning Authority’s services is one of the best decisions we have made as a family. Could not think of a better ‘bang-for-your-buck. Their team is consistently professional, courteous, and going above and beyond to clean our home. Coming home to a spotless house is incredible. Jessica, Connie and Edyta did such a fantastic job cleaning our home. We are super grateful! The entire team is incredible and we are thankful to utilize The Cleaning Authority!

We have been very satisfied with the cleaning services provided by TCA NKY! I’m especially thankful for the trustworthy and friendly staff as well. Jessica, Bobbie & Stephanie were the team at our home today and they did a fantastic job. I have 3 young kids that love to make a mess and this team made my home look spotless! I really appreciate the attention to detail and the special touches, such as the trainee today who made a cute bowtie out of a paper towel and left it on our counter.

Extra special shout out to Jessica who is always so sweet and personable! Thank you for your hard work.

Highly recommend this company if you are seeking local cleaning services.

Lylah and Brianna did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning my apartment. Everything was done perfectly. Its such a relief to come home to a clean apartment. Highly recommend!!!!

Jessica, Connie, Javier and Kasandra did a super nice job on the house. I am impressed with the training new crew members go through, with 4 of them today they whipped through the house in no time and did not scrimp on the quality. And they are always so friendly, love when they come.

We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for our home, which includes 3 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths. Jessica, the lead cleaner, is incredibly hardworking and personable. Anderson, who was part of the most recent cleaning, also did a great job.

We appreciate that someone else will spruce up our home with thoughtful touches, like arranging pillows differently, creatively organizing our soaps or their signature toilet paper fold. We know that they have tight timeframes to work in, and they work really hard!

We value their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning team!

I just had my first cleaning and my expectations were exceeded. I was able to schedule my first cleaning conveniently via text message. Both Jessica & Autumn were extremely professional and friendly. I did a one time clean for my first cleaning but I plan on doing reoccurring cleans moving forward thanks to the great experience I had with Jessica and Autumn. I am so happy I came across the Cleaning Authority for my cleaning needs!

The ladies did an awesome cleaning, were very friendly and very professional. Very happy with the service

My cleaning team is the absolute best! Kristine, Bobbie, Autumn, and Brianna do an excellent job and are a joy to have in our home. My house always sparkles after they're done! The Cleaning Authority is a great company, and I highly recommend their services. 👍
