This was our first cleaning, and TCA sent 3 staff to tackle the job. They did a deep clean, leaving the house spotless, plus everyone was sharp, efficient, and really working hard.

THESE WOMEN, Autumn & Drew were in my home for 2.5 hours & my place is sparkling! Autumn has been here twice & she’s an incredible cleaner. Drew I met today & she’s very good as well. An inspector showed up to see for herself what was going on! TALK ABOUT A WHITE GLOVE TEST 😳! They go above & beyond. It’s been a great experience for me! Thank you, for all your help with my home! ❤️ That mantle was black from soot & the screen was full of dust. Drew did an excellent here! I can’t believe it came from his clean! And Autumn working on my sunroom which hasn’t been cleaned correctly in 2 years is just GLOWING!

The cleaning authority cleaned my apartment the first time,and did a fantastic job. The second time not so much. I called and all I did was argue with the owner and the people that answer the phones. The second time they were 45 minutes late. I had to call to see if they were coming. Susan,the owner said they have a 2 hour window. Beware,this company does a bang up job the first time,(They charge extra the first time),then they feel like they have you over a barrel. I finally had to cancel all services with this company,because I paid good money,and they didn't live up to their so called reputation. This company is a scammer!

Excellent and friendly service was provided by Bobbie and Erica. They were very thorough while cleaning. They were nice to our dog and worked diligently as they cleaned from room to room. Everything looked spotless. I am quite pleased with their effort and highly recommend them.

JP, Brianna and Stephanie did a terrific job. I had been having some issues with my bathtub and they addressed it on the spot, even though the bathroom wasn’t on the detail rotation for this visit. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and were so friendly and polite. We’d love to have them back to home for future cleans. We’ve been clients for almost a year and I can’t imagine ever leaving.

If I could give less than 5 stars I would. The process to fix our fridge took 6 weeks and I still have not been reimbursed for parts that were not needed when ordered by the first tech who diagnosed the fridge. Sears Home Services customer service is pretty non-existent. You can talk with “AI Samantha” who was not helpful at all.

Talked to me while he was troubleshooting. Also informed me on what I could do to help my ac.
