Reviews of local pros in Edgewood, Kentucky

These folks at The Cleaning Authority do a great job on my home every week. I have had Hannah and Allison come to my house and they are super efficient and thorough as well as being very nice. It's a pleasure to have them.
Last week Bobbie and Elaine made it possible for me to enjoy my clean home. Thanks, ladies. I appreciate you so much.

Lylah and Autumn did a great job cleaning our home today! They were both very thorough and super nice. Would love to have them return each month. Thanks again!

I've had my house cleaned three times so far and have been pleased. All the cleaners have been nice. This last time one of the cleaners even cleaned the jacuzzi, though it wasn't on her list. I had hoped the shower would improve, but in all fairness, it has been long neglected. Even when I tried scrubbing it, I couldn't make much progress. I was impressed by Kristine, the inspector, who was very informative.

Hannah and Brianna are amazing. They are super thorough and detailed, and also so sweet and kind. They always make my daughter smile with their creative and cute ways they make her bed with her loveys. They're the best!

Had a scheduled one-time cleaning today, April 19, with a confirmed arrival window between 8:00–10:00 AM. I received a call and text on 4/18 asking if I still wanted the appointment and if 9:00 AM was okay. I confirmed and requested 10:00 AM instead, which was acknowledged and approved.

By 10:55 AM on the day of the cleaning, no one had arrived or contacted me. I called the provided number and got a message saying the caller was on another line and to leave a voicemail, which I did. I also sent a follow-up text. Between 10:55–11:25 AM, I made three more calls to two different numbers—same response each time: “Please leave a message.”

I eventually got through to the main office and spoke with a representative, who attempted to reach the cleaners herself and also couldn’t get through. I informed her to cancel my service entirely.

This was my first time ever using this company, and it will be the last. I don’t recommend them—zero communication, no-show cleaners, and no accountability.

The two ladies were very detailed and pleasant to work with. The house looks great and I particularly like it did a great job vacuum vacuuming my new couch! I also appreciate the fact that all of the surfaces were free from any residue if you would rub your hand over them.

I highly recommend the Cleaning Authority!
We've had our home cleaned by other companies in the past and it's never been this good. The crew is fast and thorough! They are so sweet to our dogs and have a great attention to details. Our home is clean when we come home and does not overly smell like cleaning products. I love our Thursday cleaning days and look forward to it every other week!

We've been using The Cleaning Authority for over a year and find their service, staff and results to be wonderful!

Lylah and Autumn did a fantastic job cleaning our home today (2/10). I always look forward coming home to a clean house knowing they had been there that day! Thank you ladies for all your hard work! It is ever appreciated!!!

Terrible bathrooms not cleaned, kitchen floor not cleaned (mopped) and several floors not swept. Sloppy work. Don’t want those two back.

Nov 24. It’s the season to be late. But my cleaning team was right on time last week. Did an amazing job cleaning my home for the holiday. Connie and Yuli was great and my extra touches always show up. All the ladies have their own little touch. Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Ellen

Great first cleaning experience. Connie and Erica did a great job!

Connie and Bri did the best job. They were thorough, and careful with my decorations, and thoughtful.

Mirella & Kasandra are fantastic! Quick & super efficient! We know that when these ladies show up, our house is going to be spotless!

Cleaning authority is good but this time they exceeded expectations. Mirella kasandra and anelka were great!! 5/5!! Hope we get them for all our future cleanings going forward

Autumn and Miranda make my home sparkle. They are very efficient and exacting. I am so happy they have been assigned to my home.

Best team you ever sent to come work in the house. As far as I’m concerned, you could make that my permanent cleaners they did an excellent job.
friendly and very, very accurate at cleaning
I give them an A+ best cleaning service I’ve had so far. Last one was not good. This is excellent.

NKY Cleaning Authority crew are great! We've been extremely pleased with our bi-weekly rotational cleanings, since beginning service 6 months ago. The staff is thorough, respectful, efficient, and very friendly. You can tell they genuinely want to do their best job. Connie & Autumn A are such a power duo - love them! They always remember our preferences and even look for extra ways to improve cleaning tough areas. The initial consultation & onboarding process was very professional and the office is highly communicative. The app & automated reminders are a great bonus to help keep track of cleaning details. Highly recommend this service - an incredible value!

I have only had two cleanings so far but I’m more than happy!! I’ve come from work to sparkling home and less stress! Chris and Jessica, keep up the good work!!!

The cleaning authority always do a great job. Jessica and Autumn worked quickly and efficiently making everything sparkle.

I hired these folks after being unimpressed with my previous maid service. Wow! I could kick myself for not changing sooner. They came yesterday and REALLY got my house clean. Plus, the women that came were cheerful, personable and polite. I highly recommend their services
