What started out with a leaky ceiling in the kitchen of our rental house, turned into a new roof, brand new gorgeous siding, aluminum wrapped windows, and a better quality of living for my tenant. Brandon knew exactly how to get the maximum value from our insurance to get all this for the cost of my deductible.

The best part is hearing my tenant brag about how great the neighbors say it looks, and how she doesn't spend as much on her energy bill, as there is such better insulation and air flow control.

I had 2 roofs replaced through seperate insurance claims. Doug Dischar at Fortress Solutions handled everything including temporary repair, meeting the adjuster and walking the roofs with him. Doug kept me in the loop and well informed of the claims process. Everything went smooth, work was done professionally, and the sight left clean after work completed. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

My project manager was Jared. He was super friendly, easy to chat with and very professional. He went over all of my options and helped me pick the right gutter guards for my house.

They were able to fit me in within a week and his crewed worked fast and I couldn't even tell they had been there. Very clean workspace and efficient.

Jared provided me with drone pictures of the work as well as a free roof inspection.

Fortress Roofing Solutions for the Win!! Didn't even know that we needed a new roof until Doug drove by noticing some shingles missing. Fortress worked with our Insurance company and got the job approved quickly. The job started at 7am and finished at 4pm. Doug sent photos, aerial videos of the progress, and inspected the finished roof. Couldn't be more happier with our new roof! Great communication and the roofers were all professional. I even recommended Fortress to a few of my neighbors who are also looking to replace their roof. Great job!!!

Josh Martin with Fortress Solutions was amazing every step of the way with getting a new roof for our house! It was painless considering and pretty quick once we got approval from ins! They worked with the ins company directly for us so we didnt have to fight with them to get our claim approved. The roofers were great and courteous from removal to replacement and did a great job! Were so happy with it and even got gutters too! Recommend 100%! Great customer service is harder to come by these days and everyone we've worked with from the company has been a pure pleasure to deal with.

Stan was responsive and able to get the job done when desired. Both he and his assistant were very polite and respectful of property from start to finish - even with clean up. Did the requested task in the amount of time promised and exactly as quoted. No surprises. Would definitely hire him again.

Stan trimmed a few of our trees that were hanging over the house. Responded to my phone call very quickly, and stopped by the same day to give us an estimate. Extremely fair pricing and even better work. It’s not often I feel like I get what I pay for but Stan delivered. I would (and will) recommend him to my friends and family should they need his services.

Monty an JT was the two most understanding and patient service men I have ever dealt with. My mom’s home had flooded and all of her floors had to be ripped up an dried a several other things. She was going through a major illness and couldn’t handle any stress and asked me to handle it an I did . An thank goodness that I had the two best employees from this company I can’t even begin to explain what a great job they had done. I will refer them to anybody needing this services. Thanks to JT, DeAndre and the rest of the crew at Paramount Restoration a truly disgusting nightmare was handled with incredible professionalism, knowledge and kindness that I am forever grateful. My basement/ teenage son’s bedroom flooded with sewage destroying everything in its path. I was so overwhelmed and unsure where or how to begin fixing the massive mess. He was beyond respectful and worked tirelessly leaving it looking and smelling much better but most importantly making it safe and bacteria free.
