Super happy with my experience! If you're looking for a company that cares about their customers please call them! They were honest and told me that the area I was concerned about was so minor I would be able to address it myself. I was pleasantly surprised with their honesty. They could have easily sold me on purchasing their services to make money but instead they gave me guidance on how I could do it myself for a much lower cost. They are my go-to company for mold inspections and water damage!!

I had a sewage/water backup mess in my basement and emailed them at night asking for their service the next day. Sure enough, they called me first thing and had a crew out with next steps. I could not recommend them more. In a world where quality service is rare, I assure you, this company exceeds expectation. Professional, helpful, went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you Paramount for taking good care of me and my home.

The workers did a great job, all my other contractors commented on how clean the cuts in the ceiling were. Admin/office side could use some work on communication.

We just purchased our first home and had quite a bit of interior renovations done right away. Because of this, our house was in desperate need of a duct cleaning. We were recommend Paramount by one of my fiancé’s clients and we truly couldn’t be happier that we went with this company!

Not only was JT extremely friendly and helpful when making our appointment for the cleaning, he was able to answer all our questions. Then, Michael did an amazing job when it came to communication. He called to let me know when he was coming and that he was 45 minutes out. This was so appreciated as it gave me time to get to the house since we don’t live there just yet due to the renovations.

He even called to let me know he was five minutes out! You don’t find that kind of communication much these days. Then, the actual job was great! Michael was extremely efficient, very sweet, and knowledgeable on what he was doing. He was very diligent in his craft and left no vent unattended!

And before he left, he gave me a run down of the work he performed and that Paramount offers many other services, making them a one-stop shop for many home services! We will absolutely be using them in the future.

Kentyn and kamden came over and cleaned all our vents said hi to our new puppy. They cleaned up after themselves and helped us outside. Thanks guys

I had duct cleaning done by Kenton and Tyler They were on time with advance communication of arrival time.After assessing my system they found a damaged vent they were not able to clean with the machine so they did what they could by hand. I had to add my dryer vent and after communicating with the office they were able to clean that as well. They were professional helpful and pleasant to work with.

Brandon arrived at our home quickly after calling Paramount to assess the water damage we had from a hot water heater issue in our finished basement. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and took charge. Within a few hours, he and his team had everything moved out of the affected room (and it was a lot!), the carpet pulled up, the sopping padding removed, and the equipment put in to dry everything out. After 4 days, Brandon retested everything, and made sure everything tested as dry.Their quick response saved our carpet. The entire team was very polite and efficient.

We were referred to Paramount Restoration to have our dryer vent cleaned. Kaden and Jantje were scheduled to arrive between 10 & 11 and called to let me know they were on their way and when to expect them, within the given window. They were very friendly and professional, got the vents cleaned out quickly, and cleaned up behind themselves. They were great and I’m very happy with the service and price. Thank you, guys!

***Update: After having our vents cleaned, we attempted to hook up our brand new dryer. It immediately began giving us error messages for air flow. We thought the dryer was broken and went through a hassle with their customer service who told us to measure our vent length to see if the dryer was compatible. When my husband attempted to run a line through the vent to measure it, he hit a blockage. It was then discovered that our vents were NOT cleaned out and my husband removed over 6ft worth of lint buildup that had been left behind. Photos of what my husband pulled out AFTER it was “cleaned” attached. We received a full refund and finished the job ourselves. Will not recommend or use this company again.

I was very pleased with the great cleaning that Kentyn and Kamden did on my heating vents. They were very thorough and knowledgeable and pleasant.

Had a water leak in bathroom they had to remove the entire shower and 130 square feet of tile floor to get to the leak including part of ceiling in kitchen. They were spotless extremely clean and professional even handled all insurance paperwork. Highly recommended very impressive

In a world where it is an hassle to deal with insurance and home warranties, the folk who came out from Paramount made my life easier. That got out right away, super friendly and walked me through step by step. Brandon, DeAndre and Brayden were the most helpful down to earth people. Very empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable. Paramount did a great job cleaning my carpets and drier vent. Kentyn was thorough, courteous and I couldn't be happier with the results. Paramount is well organized and kept me informed the whole way, even when temperatures threatened a reschedule. I've used them multiple times and intent to again.

I called on the weekend right after New Years. Brandon answered the call. I explained we had water everywhere in the powder room bath and it was already leaking downstairs since ceiling tiles had already fallen from water saturation. He told me it would take him about 45 minutes to get to me but he was on the way.

He brought his equipment and took wetness measurements to compare the typical wetness rate versus the wetness rates of the bathroom and basement. He left equipment over the weekend. Now everywhere is dry and his quick response stopped the water from spreading. His customer service was superb. And the company gave me a Military discount. Paramount Restoration is my first call for the needs they cover. Thank you for an outstanding job.

Paramount restoration and amazing job with my house. When my house was damaged in a recent storm they came out the same day I called them and did extensive work to prevent the worsening of the water damage. In particular D'Andre Thompson and his team did a great job communicating the plan and working around my schedule to save my home. While I hope to never need them again I know who to call if my home suffers future damage.

Paramount Restoration did an absolutely fantastic job at my home. I can already see a decrease in the amount of dust on my furniture. The two technicians, Kentyn and Kamden were above and beyond professional, friendly, and all together hard workers. They took time to explain the process and any issues that occurred and how they were going to resolve them. You can't go wrong if you choose their company.

Kentyn and Kamden came to clean my vent system in my 25 year old house. I had a few questions and Kentyn and Kamden were knowledgeable and informative. They had only a few questions for me and went about their duties. They were pleasant to speak with and carried out their duties efficiently. They let me know when everything was complete, showed me their work and gave me next steps before asking for questions. Great experience and will have them back after we remodel the kitchen to remove construction dust. Thanks!
