I’m very disappointed with the service I received. The technician who came out to look at my hot water heater showed a lack of knowledge, motivation, and problem-solving skills. They couldn’t answer basic questions about the issue and never returned my phone calls. I paid $200 and the problem wasn’t fixed — I ended up having to call another company to get it resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience

Nope,the representative was fine but dont use them. Wanted to charge me $700 to replace a saddle valve for a refrigerator. This job probably takes less than an hour (easy access with good lighting) with less than $25 in parts.

I can’t recommend Doug enough! After calling five different HVAC companies and getting quotes ranging anywhere from $1,500 to $40,000, I was scared, frustrated, and freezing in my own home. Doug was the first person who actually made me feel heard and supported.

He was personable, thorough, and completely candid. He took the time to break everything down in a way I could understand and walked me through all of my options without any pressure. He even noticed how anxious I was and offered to speak with my trusted relatives so I could feel more comfortable making a decision.

Service like this is rare. If you need HVAC help, I highly recommend Doug. He’s honest, kind, and truly has the customer’s best interest at heart.
