1st time to use this company, I was informed who will be my technician ahead of time and my technician , Adam Austin, called me before arriving, he called that he can come in earlier than my appt which worked.
What I appreciate was that Adam asked permission before entering our home, and before he started he told us what he is going to do for this visit, he found some repairs needed and he didnt sound pushy about it, and he explained the importance of the repair.
Will definitely would want to work with him in the fiture

Excellent service, show me everything that was wrong with my outside unit and did a wonderful job and his apprentice, getting me my new unit. I called and they came out in less than two hours. Mercedes was just wonderful. I asked if I could request her in the future and she said she would make sure the request got to my file. I look forward to her being able to take care of us in the future. She made a number of recommendations and forwarded me pictures regarding her recommendations. She was amazing.

I got a text he was leaving Lexington at 8:00 am. He pulled up into the driveway a little before 10:00am and sat in the truck., and he slowly walked to the front door. He came with a drill , and no tool bag with test equipment. When he got finished the only thing he showed me was options I could buy. That’s why I am canceling my contact at the end of March.

Our unit was covered with ice My husband contacted Fayette Heating & Air and they arrived that evening. They discovered the defrost panel was bad and a couple other issues. Both Tyler and Adam were extremely professional, and ultimately got the unit back to how it should be. Highly recommend these folks.

Teddy came out to do routine maintenance on our water heater. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, and did a great job. When I had questions, he took time to answer them and didn't rush. I asked him about some plumbing upgrades and he took time to explain and quote several options. It was a very good experience.

Gave me a quote after I sent him pictures and quoted me a price.
I agreed and the work was scheduled .
The appointment was cancelled twice so on the third time I was told I need a new valve for my boiler also.
He came to put in a new valve and then I was told I needed another valve.
Don’t know why he did not see that when he told me I needed the first one .Make me wonder if I needed at all??

All 3 of the technicians were extremely polite, worked diligently and explained everything that they were going to do! At the end of the installation, he showed me everything and what to look for! Extremely happy with everything this far!
