This past week we had Kentyn and Kam come out to perform whole home vent cleaning. We had just purchased the home and did not realize how many vents needed to be clean - the job was substantially larger than initially anticipated. They stayed and completed the job and did fantastic work. They were polite, attentive to detail, and honest. They left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Would highly recommend and appreciate them!!!!

BEWARE! If you want to be hot all summer long, and if you want to literally throw away thousands, then this is the company for you. Steve was hired to fix the Air conditioning system in my commercial building. He did ZERO Load calculations and ended up installing a new unit that was 6 TONS short of what the building needed. (He installed less than HALF of what it would take to cool the facility). His work was installed without the permits required— making it an Illegal and potentially dangerous installation that I’m left to clean up and gain permits and inspections for. He admitted he messed up by not doing the calculations prior to installation and the supplier for his units came out and told him flat out the unit should’ve never been installed in that facility— it was way too small. Mr Estes came to me with a ridiculous Solution for his monumental mistake— he wants me to another $14,000 to fix It!!! Um NO. ! Oh, and good luck trying to contact him and get a response. He has your money— good luck if you have issues!

Currently we are left working with the state licensing board as well as with the county inspectors which will end in not only fines but hopefully the revocation of his license so he can’t swindle anyone else. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. (and for the record, looking at his reviews you may think this guy is okay— well, , ‘Josh Theiseen’ is an employee— he installed my unit— so I’m sure the other good reviews are bogus too)

Saturday night arrived with a hot-water heater disaster with lots of water everywhere. I managed to turn of the main water feed to the entire house and then hit Google. Two phone calls on Saturday night @ roughly 9:30pm and I reached Fayette Heating and Air. I received a SUNDAY confirmed service call and that afternoon met Joe Weisenberger. Experienced a complete pro, Joe answered all of my questions. Joe was back Monday early afternoon and in a couple of hours we back up and running. The experience and professionalism represented by Joe deserves another row of stars. Just outstanding. I cannot imagine being more satisfied. Fayette H2O,......many, MANY thanks.

Peter Gaffield was great. Very pleasant. Identified the issue with our backed up basement drain. Gave us options and took care of it on the spot. I really appreciate Peter and Fayette Heating/plumbing. I highly recommend them.

It took 2 weeks from the time we called until the unit was repaired. I understand that the part was ordered. On 4/25/23 we had a tech come by but the incorrect parts were received. He tried to get the correct parts on 4/25 but was unable. I called to see when he would be coming by on 4/26 as I thought he would be here in the morning and I was told we were on the schedule. Someone from the scheduling dept was supposed to let us know his schedule and we never heard from anyone. I had to call to find out what was happening. We have had no heat in our downstairs for 2 weeks. It was pretty cold on several days.

Brenden Epperson did a fantastic job. I would certainly recommend him for any jobs. He is calm and gets the job done as quickly as possible. None of my aggravation was his fault.

Overall job was completed to our satisfaction.

We are pleased with the installation crew for our project. Their teamwork was very good and steps were explained as they worked.

Nolan Tabor was very professional , serviced our system, discovered a potential problem with the compressor drawing to many amps , Nolan suggested a preventative maintenance measure adding a longer life span to a more expensive equipment, therefore allowing the system to be more efficient and less costly in the future. Nolan called for assistance to help get the part needed , it arrived a matter of minutes and installed in very fast and efficient manner.
Note: I happened to oversleep, he was very understanding as to my health issues and hearing disabilities .. Thank you 🙏

John was a very nice and mannerly man. He was very patient in explaining to me the different options of HVAC systems and also the different payment plans. I have been very pleased with him and the whole company including Jesse also in HVAC and Joshua in plumbing. I will be asking for them from now on!

Technician very professional and honest. Reached out to his boss to go over various options for my problem. Very courteous and thorough explaining potential repairs.

I couldn't have had a better experience with Fayette Heating & Air. Everyone I had contact with were friendly knowledgeable and professional. Brendon came to my home to take measurements and such for my new HVAC system. He answered all my questions and scheduled the installation. Tyler and Mike came and installed the system. They were efficient and you could tell that they knew what they were doing.
This company supports our veterans not just with words, by giving and installing a full HVAC system to area veterans a couple times a year. Thank you for all your generosity and kindness.

Courteous and professional. Installed quickly and cleaned up. Explained how everything worked. Even fixed a solar garden light that was knocked down by the snow shovelers (think they thought they did it LOL).

I had a plumbing problem called H2O Maestro Plumbing they sent a gentleman out he introduced himself as Peter Gaffield. He was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, went right to work had my stopped up sink running correctly in no time, I must tell his boss Peter needs a raise I would recommend him to ALL my friends if they have a plumbing issue like myself. The installation crew of Ronny & Cameron were very friendly and respectful. Removed old and installed new 2.5T gas furnace/AC system in just 3 hours after arrival. Sales and service has been fantastic.

Brendon Epperson was a great service technician. I’m very pleased with his work. He is polite, respectful and knowledgeable.
A little disappointed with the office. Was charged for a part that was not the issue. The first technician (not Brendon) that came to work on the repair missed the problem and ordered a part that wasn’t what was needed to be replaced. Brendon came out after that and quickly diagnosed the real issue, ordered the correct parts and installed them. I’m pleased with how nice both technicians were.
I do not believe I should be charged for this part.
