I have had Chem Lawn/True Green for almost 20 years. I have had weeds in my lawn for over a month. My first call to customer service was a month ago. I was told the weeds would be treated the following week. No call no service that week. I have followed up every week since then and have asked for a manager to call me. I have not gotten a call from a manager after 4 requests. They keep telling me that my service is scheduled for the next week. Nobody shows up to do the service or call. The timeline does not allow for 7 treatments if you are treating the lawn every 3 months. They said they were here in July. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I have always gotten good service from them. At least they didn’t use the “in these times” excuse. The customer service people are very nice and apologetic on the phone. Update….2022 and Tru Green has been great this year. They have performed all of the services as agreed this year. They treated my yard twice and then called for payment. They deducted the services that I didn’t receive last year off of my bill this year. They text the day before the service and call the day of. I haven’t had an issue with weeds this year so I haven’t requested any additional services. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 4 star review.

Terrible service!! They cancelled twice on us and we had to keep calling to see when they would be coming and when they did show up they did NOT even treat our backyard. We have cameras and it wasn't done. Trugreen, you lost a customer.

My Trugreen specialist is very good at what he does. He takes great pride in his work and always takes time to answer questions. He is very knowledgeable and personable. AND our lawn looks much improved in just after two treatments.

I would give 5 stars except did not receive notification of them coming because of a wrong email address. Kasey was excellent explaining everything let’s hope I see improvement in my lawn now.

He checked with me on my property lines and was very polite. I am very happy with the service.

My grass looks amazing and silky. The tech and customer service of truegreen goes above and beyond of expectations. I would recomend them to everyone. The price is also affordable.

Today"s technician was impressive.
He actually knocked on our door and
rang the door bell. Haven't heard that
in a long time. He treated previuosly neglected areas that were always in my
plan. He completed his application by walking with a hand held sprayer that
I have never seen used before. You should make this man a trainer.

Justin is a wonderful customer service rep. When the initial treatment didn't kill off all of the weeds, he arranged for another treatment free of charge.

Ryan does a great job. He is familiar with my concerns and needs and addresses them each visit

Our technician today provided the best service we’ve had in a long time. He offered advice to help us have better grass is problem areas. Took his time and thoroughly performed his duties. Very, very pleased!

Kasey was great! He listened to our concerns and was very helpful in discussing what the best strategy would be going forward. He did an excellent job and advised us of follow up needs to get our lawn in great shape for Spring!

Technician came out did fertilizer and weed killer looks like they did a great job more services to come in the future my yard is terrible looking forward to an improvement next year

It depends on who they send out, but almost every time they miss large sections of the yard. They also never spray the strip of grass between the sidewalk and the road unless you’re home to remind them. My yard looks the same as it did a year and an half ago. Unless you have a small standard yard I would not recommend.

Service today was very informative thanks to Jordan L, who Identified the weeds for me and said the aeration done earlier this year did not take. It needs to be redone, my front yard looks very bad as if no service had been performed.Thank you Jordan!!

TruGreen customer service is excellent. Always willing to answer questions and address concerns. My lawn improves year after year, and the only reason is because of TruGreen. They go above and beyond at all levels to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and I will continue to use their amazing services in the years to come.

Felt much better Talking with Brandon to focus on the two trees of concern. Loved the follow up call to make sure all went well. Requested Brandon as our preferred technician. Have marked the two trees needing help. All the text notifications worked today!
