Kelvion was very courteous and explained what his plan for the treatment was going to be. He explained what to do for after care too.

We had them come out and treat our lawn a few years ago. Service was great, crew was nice and efficient, lawn looked good. The next year they asked if we were going to do it again and I told them no due to financial concerns but we would the following year. They continued to call me multiple times a week until their season was over. It has been three years and they still spam me with sales calls every season, despite me asking many times to stop calling and put me on the dnc list. I tell everyone I know to never use trugreen, solely because of the sales department. It’s a shame that a solid, hard working lawn care team has to get a bad rep due to a harassing sales department.

Damien was very polite and professional. I called to reschedule free application due to it raining. He did apply to edges and I called for a free follow up because it was raining. We discussed the options and he agreed to apply but get a follow up again to it raining.

I can't say enough great things about the service provided today by Brian. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and listened to the concerns I had regarding new grass seed/straw that we just put down by our pool area. If we could request him each and every time, we definitely would. Thank you so much for an overall wonderful TruGreen experience!!!

I’m not sure what’s going on with TruGreen but there are always weeds left and this last treatment I think the used weed killer instead of fertilizer! My yard never looked this bad - we’ve been customers for years and every year service has gotten worse.

John is absolutely the best you have. He took his time today and explained what is going on with my lawn and what possibly has happened to it on the pass applications and took action today. I appreciate him very much!! Thank you

Knocking it out of the park. Signed up in May... They didn't treat til the end of June. Then they provide every excuse in the book as to why the lawn looks worse now than before their treatments at the end of July. Goal was to have a nice lawn for the summer.... Not excuses til the end of summer. Will update if this is rectified but my confidence is very low and frustration is very high. I should have read our Nextdoor reviews... 50+ negative comments. Ugh!

Very professional, informative and friendly. Decided not to aerate front yard as it well established and thick. Aeration only on sides and back yard, no seed was applied as requested upon scheduling. I believe my invoice price should be 25% lower as front yard was not completed.

My husband and I had TruGreen lawn services and recently had to cancel. Our specialist, Trevor, came out on 07/08 to spray the yard. He did not come to the door but I noticed the TruGreen truck was sitting in front of my house for almost 30 minutes blocking my driveway. I could see Trevor sitting in the truck with his feet on the dash. When he finally did get out of the truck, he put the TruGreen signs in the front, sides and back of my yard. However, he only sprayed the front yard. he never went to the sides of the house or the backyard. Just to be sure, while he was winding up his hose, I walked both sides and the backyard barefooted to see if the grass was wet and it was completely dry. I confronted him in his truck before he left and asked him if he sprayed the sides of the house and the backyard and he lied and told me "Yes." I told him that I watched him spray my yard and at no time did he spray the sides of the house and backyard. He continued to say he did, so I just told him I was not going to argue and he left. I contacted TruGreen right after he left and told them what happened. I spoke with Malachi and he agreed to send a senior specialist to our house to redo the treatment and stated that the senior specialist would be permanently assigned to our account and that we would no longer be on Trevor's route. This was all in an effort to keep me from cancelling my service. The senior specialist was scheduled for 07/10. On 07/10, the TruGreen truck showed up at my house and it was Trevor that got out. My husband when outside and spoke with him and told him that we did not want him to service our yard. He admitted lying about spraying the sides and backyard on 07/08 and said "he was having a bad day." I contacted TruGreen a second time and spoke to a very nice man, Daniel, and cancelled my service. Daniel stated that Trevor should never have been sent back to my house but was very sorry he was. Based on my experience with TruGreen and Trevor, I I no longer have confidence in TruGreen's service and do not have time to supervise their employees to ensure they are actually treating my entire yard. This service is not cheap and while I do not want anything for free, I certainly want the service I am paying for. I will no longer have to worry about TruGreen, but I wonder how many other yards were left untreated because Trevor was having a "bad day." TruGreen, you are only as good as the people you hire.

Mitchell was in time and completed his task promptly. He core aerated the entire lawn and over spread seeds. He was quick and efficient.

Fast and great customer service. I always receive actual human phone calls before and after every spray. My yard didn’t respond to a treatment and they came and resprayed my yard no questions asked and fast turnaround.

Signed up in April for the TruHealth plan, plus seeding and aeration. It's my first year in this house and the lawn is terrible, which is where I'd of hoped TruGreen would of come in. Hoped. TruGreen has been an absolute disaster. I'll gloss over watching your techs lie about performing the services they said they did because you've made that right, but I cant gloss over the fact that my lawn is trash and more weed than grass. This has been an complete waste of money and more importantly a waste of year to get my lawn in better shape. I'm sure your "half effort" approach works fine for established lawns, but it doesn't work for mine. I know I don't use my real name for these and I'm sure I'll get some generic response, but we have already talked and no progress has been made, people should know that before doing business with you.

James, the tech tht treated my lawn was most informative. He answered my questions (which were many) & explained the dynamics of lawn care for which I was grateful for.
I hope he is the tech comin for the next treatment because he definitely knows his profession.

I have only received my first treatment so it's too early to give a full thorough review but the pricing and the customer service so far has been excellent. First treatment was very good and the communication with the technician was very positive. I have a good expectation that this treatment plan will be very positive

Can it be noted on my account to let next technician that comes out that in backyard there is a divider fence and plz make sure that they do both sides of that fence. That is up just to keep my dogs away from other side of yard where our neighbor has dog and they fight btw fence. I've had catch our tech both times and they had to go and so that part of yard. Thank u

Drew was equally careful, thorough in spraying for mosquitoes, and responive to completely guarding against spraying chemicals on edible herbs. Kenneth, with Trugreen, did an excellent job of spraying for mosquito protection. He answered my questions about edibles and suggested I not have spray on edible herbs. He was most knowledgeable. Trugreen has sent very qualified workers to care for my lawn and shrubs.
