Used Big Blue Cleaning to help me with my move-out clean, and was happy with my choice! They were on time, fast, and reasonably priced.

Five stars, without hesitation. Big Blue Cleaning Crew reached out to us because they’re affiliated with Big Blue Moving Company, which we’re using for our move. I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant at first since I hadn’t done much research, but it was so convenient to just say yes. I am so glad I did.

It was worth every penny. Our new home wasn’t super dirty by any means, but it definitely wasn’t as sanitary as I wanted it to be before moving in. They did an amazing job and truly made it feel clean, fresh, and ready to be home. Walking in after they were done gave me instant peace of mind.

We’re moving out of our current house next week, and they’ll be coming back to do our move out clean as well. If this first experience is any indication, I already know it’s going to be great. Highly recommend Big Blue Cleaning Crew to anyone who wants a stress free, thorough clean, especially during a move.

I cannot speak about the cleaning service or business model of MaidPro, but I decided to call them first when looking for cleaning services in NKY because of the high reviews. I left my information in their web form and did receive a call almost immediately. Prices in the estimate seemed fair, but once I discovered they only clean M-F during most working people hours, I asked to talk it over with my husband to discuss the possibility of letting someone into our home while we are not there. We have never used a cleaning service before, so this was all new to us. All I asked for was some time to talk it over, but the service rep on the phone was pretty pushy and only seemed interested in closing a sale instead of reassuring me about any concerns I had. When I finally asked if I could please get back to them, she finally agreed to send my estimate via email, but I will not be going with this service based on the treatment I received over the phone. In their defense, MaidPro does seem like a good maid service to go with based on the quote I received on the phone, the promo codes, and the previous reviews. They are not for me though. I called another service soon after and they were much more pleasant. Although the initial estimate was more costly, I would gladly go with a service that's a little more expensive as long as I am treated with respect.

After a handful of house cleanings we had to discontinue the service. They are very nice and professional, but just don't clean well. They miss a lot of things and don't get any better when you give them clear feedback. It's not worth the money. Also, the whole part about "your first cleaning cost more because it's a deep cleaning" is a scam to just get paid more. I'm not trying to insult anyone, but that's what it was for us. There's nothing "deep" about the first cleaning or any of the others, unfortunately.

Deana is the best and most thorough of all the people I have had clean my house. She does a great job!

This company is under new ownership and the new owners are literally the best!!! My house is absolutely spotless. And I’m a very tough critic. Most cleaning companies miss things that are visible in broad day light but not maid pro. Their attention to detail is impeccable and I cannot wait until I get another deep clean.
