They are always prompt and do a great job. They have cleaned carpet in my house and multiple area rugs. Everything turns out looking as new as it can with 2 kids and 3 dogs living in the house.

Blue Sky came and cleaned my carpet today, they took their time and paid extra attention to stained areas and am very pleased with the job they did. They are very nice people and I will definitely be calling them back again.

I needed to get my carpets cleaned and my sectional cleaned. I looked at reviews and ratings before I decided who I am going to give my business to, so I thought since this company has really good ratings and I should call them. Considering the fact that I called and left two voicemails with two different people and never got a return call until the next day. What’s even better is that when I got the return call, they did not even leave a voicemail. I tried to call back and had to leave another voicemail with the number that called me back. I still have not received a call back from anyone to this minute. Looks like I will be giving my business to another company because they obviously don’t need it.

Mid winter of 2012 we had a water heater bust that flooded our entire carpeted basement, we tried self cleaning and to no avail a few weekes later the smell of mold and mildew from the carpets was overwhelming. We contacted Blue Sky to come clean the carpets, they showed up on time, pretrated, cleaned, stainguarded and deodorized the carpet in phenomenonal time while doing a fantastic job. All charges were covered upfront with no hidden fees and at a much lower cost than quotes I received from competitors. Since they did such a great job I have had their company back to clean the carpets, sectional sofa and area rugs in our entire home several times. Every time they have removed all kid and pet stains wih no reoccuring smells at a great cost while providing top customer service in a convient and timely manner! Thanks Walter and Chasity! They were extremely nice but neglected to mention when i scheduled nor did I think to ask if they had a water tank or reservoir. So if you have a water spicket I would give them a call. They were very pleasant.

We used Blue Sky to clean our carpets before we moved into our condo. The gentleman that came was extremely nice. The carpets came out ok there were still some spots I was not happy with but overall they did a good job.

If anyone needs carpet cleaning book Blue Sky. We had them out last week to clean our carpets. While they were cleaning carpets I went down to our finished basement and found it flooded from sump pump failure. I told the carpet cleaner and he called the owner right away. The owners came out within 30 minutes. They went out of their way to clean up all the water in my basement. They were absolutely exceptional. Not only did they leave my basement dry but my carpets were exceptionally clean. Also the prices are more than reasonable !

Blue Sky is the best! We have a small spare bedroom that absolutely reeked of dog pee. We were to the point of ripping up the carpet it was so bad, but didn't have time to do so before some out of town guests were arriving. We called Blue Sky as a last ditch effort to salvage the carpet. What a difference it has made! Not only is the smell gone, but it turns out that the carpet is a completely different color that we originally thought! They pulled so much dirt out of the floor, it was amazing. The carpet looks, and smells, brand new, and we don't have to worry about replacing anymore or being embarrassed to have guests stay in that room. They came to me for both pickup and dropoff, with no delivery fees, and had my rug sparking clean and smelling so good in less than a week. Their pricing was a third of the other places I called.
