I had used Blue Sky to do the carpeting in my office recently, and was so impressed that I scheduled a home cleaning.

My house has the original carpeting, so it is at least 10 years old now. There were some areas we did not expect to come clean, as we are not the original owners, and I went into this knowing it wasn't going to be perfect. But I cannot believe how great my carpets turned out! They are priced better than the big franchises too.

We have guests coming in from out of town and needed to have our carpets cleaned. We usually do it ourselves but couldn't because of time constraints. I contacted Blue Sky, and they came on a day that was good for us, and they showed up within the scheduled time. We are very pleased with the service and how our carpet looks. I would recommend them, and I will be using them again.

My wife had tried to reach out to two carpet cleaning companies that heavily advertise for cleaning our home. One of them took several days just to respond and the other only responded with a follow up call. I searched for a local company in Florence and found Blue Sky. I was pleasantly surprised when they actually answered my 1st call with a live person who was not in a call center. They able to answer my questions without having to ask someone else or the need to get back to me and we were able to schedule the effort the next day. I was given a window of when to expect them and was told they would call when in route. They called as promised the next day and actually arrived a few minutes early. The two cleaners jumped right into setting up their equipment as I showed one of them the areas they were to address and a couple concern spots needing extra attention. They completed their work without delay and it turned out as I had hoped. Their pricing was very fair and lower than quotes from the two other companies I had difficulty with. It was refreshingly unexpected experience to actually receive quality service from my initial phone call through completion of the work. I feel lucky I found this gem of a company right here in town. They will absolutely be getting all my future cleaning work and plenty of referrals.

Process was quick and easy which is fantastic when you have a toddler that desperately wants to be in their business! Cannot recommend them enough!

Couldn't be happier with the results of our carpet cleaning. 30 year old carpets, two cats - we shampoo twice a year and spot treat as needed, but blue sky restored our carpets as close to the original cream color as possible. I could NOT recommend enough, cost was extremely reasonable, the service was quick, and again - just can't say enough good things. Don't hesitate, book it now!

Recommend! Blue Sky cleaned our master, 2 bedrooms, living room and staircase to basement. Also did a recliner, and kitchen bar stools with padded seats. They were super responsive to my inquiry online, and were able to schedule us next day! Arrived promptly within the time frame I was given, super friendly and efficient. Less than 6 hours later carpets in rooms are hardly damp to the touch, the staircase is still damp but expected since it's not where airflow is (windows open and hvac fan running for circulation). Will have back again (as long as we have indoor dogs at least)!

Once again, I had Blue Sky Carpet do the rugs in my home. I've lived here 30 years and had a variety of carpet cleaners until I discovered Blue Sky. David, who did the actual work, was tremendous. I'm so pleased with how thorough and dedicated he was to the task, particularly the really aggravating deep stains in the carpet. Blue Sky's prices are also tremendous. All companies should emulate their service, efficiency, and pricing.

Blue Sky has been my go-to for years! I have a German Shepherd with a medical issue (of course) and they saved my butt time and time again, rotating rug cleaning for me repeatedly. I have them clean my upholstery as well to freshen up both human and pet smells there, and they’ve even cleaned the 1955 tile in my bathroom, leaving it sparkling! I now also have a house full of white Berber carpeting (against my will) and they removed ancient dog stains from that, miraculously. Their prices are beyond reasonable and their turnaround time is fantastic, even fitting me in for the day before Thanksgiving with less than a week to go. They’re always kind and willing to work with you, answering the million questions I always have. I’m a Blue Sky customer for life!
