Brad did a great job steam cleaning our upholstered sectional couch. He let us know when to expect him, was on time and efficient. He inspected the couch and asked great follow up questions before determining the best way to clean it. He explained everything before he did it, and even offered valuable insight to how to care for it going forward. He was clearly very knowledgeable and friendly too. He was a great representation of Stanley Steemer. We know exactly who we are calling next time we need a deep cleaning!

Griffin and Mason were on time, professional, work orientated, and easy to communicate with. Recommend Stanley Steamer team. House looks awesome. We initiated a conversation about a carpet protector because of the dog. They were not high pressure in pushing the treatment we asked about. There were no high pressure sales on any service.

Excellent work by both Colin and Logan. They explained what they needed to do to properly clean the duct work, systematically moved through the rooms, cleaned up afterwards, and showed us before and after pictures.

Mason and Griffin did a great job cleaning my carpets and my sectional. They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them and Stanley Steemer for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

After the crew completed the duct cleaning, the heat was turned back on and dirt blew out of almost every vent covering furniture, floors, countertops, everything! The process is supposed to vacuum out the ducts. Either their vacuum doesn’t work very well or the crew didn’t do the work correctly. I am typing this review the day after they were here and we are still experiencing dirt coming from the vents. Not sure what to do at this point but I definitely will not have them come back for future services.

I removed the debris shown sitting on the filter (see photos) from the filter housing after the system was turned back on after they completed their work. Again, all of this is supposed to be removed during the cleaning.

UPDATE,
Since this was originally posted a manager from the Florence location came to the house to see it first hand. They refunded my money. They also offered to have someone come in to remove and replace the silicone in the new kitchen countertop due to the dirt not coming out after several cleanings. I accepted the refund but removed and replaced the silicone myself. I never leave reviews, good or bad. However, this seems important enough to let people know what they might run into using Stanley Steemer to perform this service. For 3 or 4 days after the so called duct cleaning my lungs literally hurt when I’d lay down to go to sleep no doubt from the amount of 60 year old dirt I inhaled. Dirt continued blowing out of the vents in small amounts for several days after the duct cleaning, but finally after a couple weeks seems to have subsided.

I was very impressed with Mason and his professional skills. He covered the entire area completely without issues and did it very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

The service I received was for Vent Duct Cleaning. At first they were really nice! But unfortunately the job wasn’t done too professionally. After they left I noticed a variety of things. The vent covers they took off to clean we not fully screwed back on afterwards. I had to go around my house and properly screw in each vent cover. As well, the workers did not wear shoe covers so there are dirt marks in some spots of my carpet that I now need to clean myself. As well, the bottom air return cover, they did not clean. I opened it up and there is still a bunch of debris. Also I have cats and I knew they were going to be scared of the equipment, but one of the works talked to me and said they were joking around and he purposely shot some air out to scare one of my cats. Overall, would not recommend the service.

Mason was wonderful! He was very professional, polite, and informative. He was able to remove set in stains from my carpet and moved furniture out of the way to clean the carpet behind and underneath which made me very happy!

Adam deserves a 50 star review because he’s an American carpet cleaning hero. Guy goes out of his way and tactically ensures your carpets and hardwood floors are completely clean by standing on neighbors slightly sloped roof and confirming cleanliness. 50 out of 5 stars, would recommend.

Great experience. Jacob and Sam introduced themselves upon arriving. Did a walk thru with me to see what I thought was needed. They accommodated all my requests. They were great listeners, friendly, and good communicators. They were careful and respectful of our furniture and carpet. I will recommend them to others who might need their services. Fine young men and worked hard.

Very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of the technicians and their work. They explained what they were doing and why and patiently answered our questions. We will definitely use them again when we need our ducts cleaned.

Very professional team from onsite estimator to field crew. Very thorough on process and what to expect, including taking extra steps to protect my home against equipment used onsite. Obviously left my home in much better condition than before they arrived. I will definitely recommend Stanley Steamer to friends and family.

They did a good job, seemed a little rushed to make their next appointment. They almost left without returning my chairs in the kitchen and dining room. Also, my tea table and ottoman in the living room. However, when I mentioned that they needed to return the tea table to the living room they did place my furniture back to the room they belonged into.
I was extremely pleased with the tile cleaning in my kitchen. The wood floors look very nice.

Great communication before the visit, prompt arrival and an easy process. Colin and Josh were efficient and had great knowledge of the process and procedures and made it look easy. 12/10 recommend to go with the best!
