Situation was weird but the costumer services after the fact was incredibly poor. Went to Stanley steamer to get several rooms cleaned and a couch cleaned because we were moving out of the rental property. The couch was dirty due to our dogs but was coming with us to our new home in Cincinnati after it was cleaned at our old place. Everything went well and the technicians were great, and we tipped them nicely because it was crazy hot that day. After the couch had dried, when we were about to move it to our new home we realized it was not clean at all. I understand that when couches dry sometimes things can be missed but it was still crazy dirty. We had to move the couch but called Stanley Steemer to see if there was anything we could do. Well being that we moved to Cincinnati we were told there was literally nothing could do about this because they were a franchise and not apart the the actual Stanley Steemer umbrella. The only suggestion they had was for us to bring the couch back the NKY and they would reclean it. Not a discount, credit, or refund. So we basically paid money for a dirty couch.

I am trying to update a positive review that I left on November 8, 2023. I should have waited a day. I hired Stanley steemer to clean, deodorize and protect carpets in three rooms. I woke up in the middle of the night unable to sleep because my master bedroom reeked of wet dog. Concerned, I went upstairs to check the other two rooms and found Pepsi stains left and hair along baseboards. I had to wait Wednesday during their arrival window and now I will have to wait tomorrow for them to fix this. Doesn’t anyone know how to do their jobs anymore? When did shoddy work become okay?

The guys did a great job. They toured our home to see and count the vents and returns. Then they took me down to the furnace to show me how the cleaning would work and what to expect. They put down floor protection, brought in the equipment, and started the process. After it was done, they showed us before and after photos, which made me very glad that we had the cleaning done. The guys were neat, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this crew and Stanley Steamer. Thank you!

The technicians were friendly and efficient and did a great job, and cleaned up after they finished. I highly recommend them.

We scheduled an air duct cleaning at 2pm and the two men came at 1pm with no heads up. They also completely forgot to tape up the main bathroom vent, so there was a layer of black dust everywhere. When I noticed afterwards and told them they said they’d reach out to me as soon as possible and they never did. Also we were told we’d received before and after pictures and we never received them. All in all a pretty bad experience for something we paid $850 for
