Disappointed with service after. We had our whole yard, front and back seeded. We had construction done and ruined our entire yard so we were excited to have a new fresh lawn. What grew in most areas was a lawn filled with weeds. Was told that it couldn’t be their seed because it was 100% tall fescue, but I know I did not plant the weeds. Called again to have them come out ; no visit and no follow up in over a month.

I am waiting for 2 years after promise after promise for the concrete to be redone due to hairline cracks and inconsistent color. Do not recommend, so disappointed, the design was great, the workers were great, communication and follow up were unprofessional, concrete work was outsourced but hired and managed by Egbers. Do not trust.

Egbers is the property management company for a church. I walk by when I’m out exercising. All summer long anytime they were out mowing, trimming, edging, or blowing every employee would stop working when I was approaching and gave me plenty of space to not blow grass leaves or dirt on me. I know it might seem small, but the fact that every employee was trained to be conscientious of people shows what kind of good values they have. Their work looks great as well! When I stopped to talk to one of their employees today, he was super friendly and polite.

If you want a high quality job with superior craftsmanship, you must hire Egbers! From concept design to installation there is no better company. Rob Steffan headed our project and was an absolute dream to work with. I am a perfectionist and very OCD. He managed our project with extreme patience and was always available if I had a question or concern. He never made me feel as if I was bothering him. They even worked 12 hours on a Sunday installing our bricks in order to get our project done for a party we were having. His customer service and dedication to his craft is exceptional. Once our neighbors saw our project, they started recommending them to their friends and family. We are so over the moon that we are having them come back in the spring to install the landscaping. I want to say thank you to Rob and everyone at Egbers for a job well done!

great example of a company with skill but no integrity. I have spent 6 months trying to resolve an issue with this company-- including having email confirmation that it would be fixed-- but they still fail to show up and resolve it. That's right. They have agreed in email that it should be corrected... but still they haven't. It represented just a small portion of a $4000 job I had them do -- and would take all of 20 minutes to fix. But they don't. They have talent for sure --- but no integrity behind that talent.

Wide selection of plants and gardening supplies, as well as decorative items. Staff is friendly and helpful! We'll be back! 💐🌹🌺🌺

Maddox is a fine place to do business. They have a wide range of plant materials, friendly staff and good prices. My go-to place every spring.

Friendly and helpful but overpriced. I like purchasing from small businesses but couldn’t justify spending $180 for Arborvitae when I could get the exact same size from HomeDepot for $80.

Nice landscaping shopping, but the prices are very high.

They have a large selection of plants and roses.

In the past my wife and I went to Baeton's because we didn't even realize Maddox was right up the street. After 1 visit Maddox won us over for the future. Their customer service is 10x better than Baeton's and they even helped us load what we purchased into our car every time we went there. You will never get that at Baeton's. And their staff has been friendly and helpful every visit.

First time stopping at this store to help local businesses. I stopped in looking for hanging plants. The first lady I ran into flicked her wrist at me, I guess in an attempted waive. The 2nd lady was watering plants and said hi. 3rd person was a guy with his head buried in his phone. I'm not selling to this store they are selling to me. They do have a wide selection, but lack in customer help.

Maddox is an outstanding local garden center with highly knowledgeable and helpful staff that care about the community. Their plant selections are always high-quality, and they are well stocked.

After the tornado in 2012, we literally had a blank canvas in regards to landscape. Maddox Garden Center did an amazing job giving me the variety of plants etc.that I had asked for. I had one special request....they looked high and low until that request was filled. It was the only thing I had specifically asked for....Lupines.
7 years later, with general upkeep, our landscape still looks amazing.
One thing that I love about Maddox Garden Center is ....they say what they mean,and mean what they say.

Came here for the first time recently. There is a lot to look at here, you can find anything. Bought some flowers and some soil this time. All the employees were nice but Donald in particular was very helpful to me. I will definitely be doing business here in the future.

The team of people at Maddox did an AWESOME job! Attention to detail and quality was spot on.

Drew helped to improve our initial design; Greg, Brian and Rob were fantastic with installation. It is obvious they each truly take PRIDE in their work and provided experienced based suggestions to overcome the obstacles faced. Our project was a 20’ x 35’ patio including sitting walls with lights, sidewalk, and a garden area. The project had delays but the quality was worth it. My wife and I are highly satisfied.

They are a wonderful local business, it is family owned for over fifty years. They have very reliable staff, and they do great work making beautiful landscaping at your home or business. You can also go in and buy whatever you need at their shop
