A great place to get plants. Good prices and excellent quality. However, be sure to watch when you have plants installed. The crews may take short cuts. Make them do what was promised in their planting policy.

These guys are great. I've been utilizing them for the past 5 years to deliver mulch and other various supplies needed for my yard. They are quick with their deliveries and the driver always does a professional job when dropping the bulk product in my driveway. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Great place. They have everything you need and early spring supplies. They are the only place I know in Northern Kentucky that carries sod. They have great help in the yard to help load your purchases and they are not only helpful but polite. Can't find that at the big box stores. Its not only great to help local business but you get better service and usually a better product. Maddox has great trees and shrubs and they seem to thrive much better.

This was my first visit here and I have to say I will be using them for all my landscaping needs from now on the staff and prices can't be beat. I took the whole family and even though it was 30 minutes to close and I needed a scoop of stone and wanted to make a delivery order they were helpful and great the whole time. They deliver for very reasonable delivery fee and I got enough stone delivered to do tons of projects done around the house. They delivered the stone on time and called ahead two make sure that we were ready for them to drop it off. The delivery driver took a lot of care dropping the stone on our tarp. All around this was a great experience and the prices don't even compare to buying bags of stone at a big box store.

I absolutely loved my experience there. They treated my four year old daughter like a she was a queen (even sent her home with a piece of cake), and gave me great service at a really great price. Everyone is extremely friendly and they obviously take very good care of their plants. The quality of service and product is second to none. Shout out to Becky for her amazing service and knowledge. By far the best garden center experience I have had the pleasure to encounter. Everyone should take their business to Maddox. I know I will.

I am not a big customer but Maddox Garden Center is my go to for plants. I had purchased 4 silver mounds last fall. Unfortunately they failed to survive the winter and when I checked my receipt I was out of the six month warranty. I took them with me to see if I could get replacements. The staff were all very kind and the plants were replaced with no problems. Maddox stood behind their product even though they didn't have to. Thanks for a pleasant experience. By the way the replacement plants look really good.

Maddox just finished cleaning and mulching our flowers and bushes. They did a great job!!! Our home looks great for Mother’s Day!

This is the second time we have visited Maddox. The young lady at the register inside was very helpful and friendly, but when we went out to the greenhouse, there were employees smoking inside the greenhouse, just like the previous time we visited. We have children, and having to shop in a cigarette smoke-filled greenhouse is a very unpleasant (and unsafe!) experience. We decided to leave without making a purchase today since smoking is more important to this business than good customer care

Ordered topsoil from here. Paid a premium but wanted to support a local business. They said they would be here late morning and showed up around 1. Also, what they brought would have been better in a baseball infield rather than a lawn. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had such a great experience at Maddox on Tuesday! I came in to browse for a large tree to add some privacy on the corner of my property that has a lot of traffic passing through. Zach met me in the store and walked through the trees with me and helped me choose between a Green Giant and a Spring Grove. He was very knowledgeable and showed me that they are nearly identical, however the texture of the leaves are slightly different. He helped me choose a gorgeous, healthy 8’ tall Spring Grove and carefully loaded it into my truck with a skid steer for me to take home.
In a very strange turn of events, days later, my husband was struggling to move the tree to get it planted. I did not realize this thing weighed 300-400lbs when I brought it home. A nice young man driving by stopped and got out of his truck and spent quite a long time to help get it in the ground and to shovel the dirt around to make sure it was straight. I walked outside, and who would have guessed, it was Zach!! His grandma just so happens to be our neighbor. Although I offered him money for his time, he refused and told us he was just happy to be able to help and to see the tree make it in the ground.
Maddox, you now have customers for life! The impeccable service while shopping paired with seeing that your employees are kind and willing to go the extra mile to offer a helping hand to a stranger has made for an unforgettable experience. In today’s world, this is remarkable.

Marc and his team did a phenomenal job landscaping my flower bed. I had no idea what I even wanted and Marc helped me figure it out, then put it together better than I had even visioned. I highly recommend this team for anything you need for your yard. Whether you know what you are looking for or not - they will get it done.

Joshua took the extra time during his service call to give recommendations to make my back yard better. His knowledge was very helpful.

First time using A&A for lawn treatments. Very pleased. Lawn looks great. Recommended them to my Dad and he is now a customer and just as pleased with the service and results.

Despite being reccomended by neighbors, we were very disappointed and feel that we were scamed. There were many times we weren't given a reminder when someone was coming to do a service. We also had various bare spots in our yard that we asked A & A to take care of. They came out on the hottest day of the summer, which didn't make sense, to do lawn care installation. We watered daily and nothing grew after 6 weeks. Recieved a bill for $800 and contacted our rep who said he would take care of it personally to meet our needs. We just didn't feel that we should pay for a service we weren't satisfied with. He showed up after frequent email reminders and literally spent just 10 mins throwing seed on those areas, which is a job that we could easily have done ourselves. Aeration and overseeding were scheduled to be done a few days later and nobody showed up. So unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing! We canceled and our on the hunt for a company we can TRUST!!

They have reasonable prices with early pay discounts at the beginning of the season. They offer all the services that any homeowner would need to maintain a beautiful lawn. They always call ahead before applying a lawn treatment and are quick to return if additional services are required.

Justin took the time to let me show him my area of concern which was very customer focused.

I find it highly annoying that they make me supply a review on Google in order to "let them tip Colton $10". What? Just pay your employees a living wage.

Also, they leave plastic advertising signs even though there is already one right there. Completely wasteful.

Samuel seems like a nice young man. He introduced himself, and he appeared to have blanketed my entire yard. He told me about a few trouble spots that I had and spot sprayed for weed control.. Thanks Sam

Justin was very professional. Saw that we had new seed and straw. Explained that he would not put anything down that would slow or stop seed growth. Ran a blower following application and cleaned up. Highly recommended!

Jacob was awesome! Friendly, professional and I really appreciated that he text me on his way to my home so I could make sure my dog had time outside before he arrived.

Met Jacob at the start of his treatment of our yard and had a very informative conversation with him. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! Jacob is definitely worthy of a bonus more than $10!!
