Great selection & service ! Love our new Magnolia tree 😊

We always get our mulch from maddox. Got our first 2 scoops and scrambling to finish we run out and need 2 mist scoops. Well thinking they were open till 8 we rush up there after 7 to them just locking up to go home. Instead of just saying there closed like you would expect and also completely understand doing so, they graciously open the gates back up and help us finish! Well never buy mulch any where else. Fantastic people!

Excellent selection of trees and shrubs. Great choice of perennials with some unique varieties too. Really helpful people and nice gift shop too. Buying myself a mother’s day gift — a flowering Crabapple!

One of the best selections in Northern KY. Very helpful staff. Also, lots of decorative garden items. Prices tend to be higher than Lowes but if you are looking for things besides the standard petunias and geraniums, this is a great place to shop.

We've been working with Maddox Garden Center for a couple of years, and have always been very happy. Their prices are great and everyone working there is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend Maddox for all of your landscaping and gardening needs!

Just bought a home from Drees and had the land surveyed for a fence and to put more permanent markers in. Drees uses this company to install SOD in the front yard. Maddox comes to install the SOD and removes the markers and doesn't place them back. We called to let them know they wrongfully removed them and to ask some questions about the maintenance of the SOD. We were rudely told by Mark he doesn't work for us and the markers aren't his problem cause we are not his customer. Your correct I am not your customer you were forced upon me by Drees. However Drees works for me so you technically also work for me cause without me you have no job. Second its illegal to remove property markers from a property. Made a complaint to Drees and I am writing this review to let people know how rude you are to people especially when you are completely in the wrong.

Do not recommend Landscape service. The guys did not show good work ethic at all. All of my flower beds made, were not tilled properly and now have weeds. They started a job in April, and just finished in the end of June. When they showed up, they stayed on their phones more than actually working. I say when because we went weeks without even seeing anyone. I would never use this company again, and will never recommend it to anyone. I don’t even want to start on the last day of their “job” here, they rushed through planting my grass seed to just be done. Then wanna try to charge me as much as they are for their work. Haha I would never use them or buy from them again.

I went in to Maddox with a list of plants for the spring season. It was a long list to say the least. They spent over an hour walking through the nursery helping my wife and I find the plants they had in season. They also gave great advice on how to plant and where to plant. I would refer them to any of my friends or family. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

We have used the services of the Maddox Garden Center four or five times over the past few years and they have been excellent in their advice, services, value and professionalism. I give them my highest rating and would recommend them to my friends and family and ANYONE really!! Give them a try you won't be sorry!!

I now have a beautiful River Birch and Red Maple in my yard from Maddox Nursery! The staff was very helpful in picking out my trees and the guys planting the trees did a great job. They shared a lot of knowledge and information on how to care for the trees to ensure they were cared for properly!

My wife and I decided to add a flower bed in the back of our house about 3 weeks ago and needed topsoil. We went to Maddox and purchased a bobcat scoop that the guys put in our truck. After unloading the dirt we realized would need much more for the project so went back and ordered a 6 scoop dumptruck load delivered to our house. The lady behind the counter was super helpful and the driver delivered the topsoil right on time. We will absolutely use them again for our next project!

Maddox Garden Center has always done all my landscaping at the homes I have owned in the past over the years. I would use no one else. I don't even shop them because I know they will do a great job and stand by their work. My yard looks beautiful thanks to Drew, Greg, Travis and his helper. Fantastic company. Has been around for years. All plant life is healthy and well cared for. Speedy service and good prices. My grandpa uses them.and if hes happy they are doing something right lol.

Drew Board, the designer with Maddox Garden Center, did an excellent job of creating what we wanted. Employees were good to work with and professional. They were also flexible when we wanted to make changes to the original plan. We'll use them again and highly recommend them.

Everything you need to make a beautiful landscape. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They even give a military discount. We will shop there again for sure.

If you own a landscaping business or plan on landscaping your own home this is the only nursery You will need. I could not believe the selection that they had. everything from small anuals up to large trees. They have a great selection of large shrubs trees and ground cover. I could not even count how many greenhouses they had on the property. And almost all were opened to the public. Very healthy plants although you will pay for quality. Most are not cheap. The staff is very knowledgeable and are able to help you pick out the best plants for your project.

I have been purchasing plants and landscape materials from Maddox for many, many years. In fact, they designed and installed the landscaping in front of my house about 18 years ago. I've never been unhappy with their services. They have a large selection of plants, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Kylie and her crew did such a beautiful job for us today, freshening the edges of our landscaping beds and filling in an area under steps with rocks/gravel. Lovely! THX SO MUCH!

The staff at Maddox could have not been any more helpful. They helped me pick out flowers good for the area I was planting and helped me get everything loaded in my car.

Ordered 20 bags of mulch for delivery. Great price, great service. The driver showed up on time, called shortly before arriving to let us know he was on his way AND the mulch was w/o rocks or mold. Which I can't say for the extra 4 bags of Scotts I had to pick up after the fact at Ace Hardware of which 3 had mold and 2 came with assorted rocks mixed in. This was our first time dealing with Maddox and we'll definitely be back next year.
