Needed roof replacement in Florence/Burlington/Union/Independence/Erlanger/Petersburg, KY. Mike Thompson was fantastic! Great cleanup, reliable, excellent communication. Competitive price, detailed work, and he even helped with the insurance claim!

Called Mike about an issue with some shingles & chimney cap. He was prompt to come check out the situation, provide options for repair, and then order the necessary materials and had the repairs done in less than a week. Mike is always quick to respond and provide the right solution for the problem. I have used him for other work over the past 15+ years and trust what he says & does. I would highly recommend his work.

Thompson Roofing did an excellent job! They were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean. The project was completed on time, and the quality of work was great. Highly recommend them!

Very particular in his work. I have used Thompson Roofing several times in the past and have confidence that the work has been done correctly at a fair price. I would highly recommend Mike Thompson Roofing for any roofing job.

Thompson Roofing is the only roofer we trust. The roof has been on for a little over 5 years at this point and it still is working great with no issues. I strongly recommend calling them! I will use them for our all of our roofing needs. Tried and True!

I have used Mike and team for my new roof and always recommend them to family and friends. They replaced my mother’s roof in Edgewood and had extremely competitive pricing and excellent service. My mother now recommends Thompson Roofing to her friends. Mike and team are the best!!!

I can not sing Mikes praises loud enough! He saved my roof and did amazing work quickly and cost effective. I even referred him to my employer because they needed a new roof fast to sell their home and he did! Don’t look anywhere else. He even took care of our roof while we were out of town!

I called Thompson Roofing this morning about a roof leak. Mike responded promptly and he was here by lunchtime to make the fix. I have used Thompson Roofing in the past and they are always fast and honest. I highly recommend them.

Mike did great work on our house in Alexandria. We had some shingles come off due to wind. He was very responsive, let me know what to expect, saved us some money by checking to see if we had extra shingles from the original roofers, and fit us into his schedule quickly (two days!)Thanks Mike!

Mike fixed a problem from the manufacturer on my 3 year old roof. I found it after a lot of rain and the leak in my bedroom ceiling. He was came out and explained the problem and solution. Gave me a fair price and fixed it fast. I appreciate the great customer service especially during the holidays.

Mike was easy to deal with. His crew was able to remove the shingles and get the new roof installed in 1 day. The flashing work is “art”

Would recommend Michael and his crew to anyone in the nky area! We are in Florence and he was very prompt with the inspection and then starting the work. They finished the job in one day after a delay out of their control and then cleaned up exceptionally well! It sucks to have to put a new roof on your house but working with Michael makes it great!

Mike and his team at Thompson Roofing, LLC were unbelievable! Very professional, responsive, and FAST! We have a steep/"tricky" roof, and they knocked it out in one day. We couldn't recommend them enough!

Mike is courteous and approached the job with the utmost professionalism from beginning to end. The workmanship was great and his crew did a wonderful job, including cleanup. We couldn't be happier with our new roof. Highly recommend!

Honestly the best contractor experience to date! The owner, Mike Thompson came to personally inspect our issue. We had previously engaged with another roofing issue company that said they fixed our water leak in our primary bedroom ceiling, however after 7 months we noticed the water spots getting worse until last week there was water coming in from roof into our primary bathroom .... I was beyond upset as the previous company had NOT fixed issue.
Now to Thompson Roofing ... based on the other reviewers we thought he was our person. Once we met him we "knew" he was indeed the best! He personally came out to inspect and went on our roof (versus some companies that view via droid) and he honestly determined issues with our roof and did not determine blame ... only best solution!
Mike personally came to our home and did all the work and my husband and I are 1000% confident in his solution.
I rarely write this long of a review however Mike is amazing and anyone looking for absolute quality, integrity and value should run to this company.

Fully recommend Thompson Roofing for any roofing needs. Mike was so helpful guiding me through the process of working with my insurance company and was so patient despite lengthy delays. He is friendly, honest, dependable, his team does quality work and clean up at a fair and reasonable price. They will even include the little extras like tightening a loose gutter or securing a loose piece of siding. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great experience with Thompson Roofing. Mike visited our house, identified the issue, provided a quote and scheduled the work in a very timely manner. And communication was great throughout.

A+ service and attention to detail. Mike is prompt, thorough, thoughtful, personable, professional and great at communicating! He gave us an honest estimate for an entire new roof quickly and even fixed a small gutter problem when he was just inspecting our roof. I would recommend you call this company FIRST for any roofing need!

Mike, with Thompson Roofing, did a great job in helping repair my roof. He was very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond to help clean something that was blocking the gutters. I highly recommend Mike!

We own a local tree service in the northern Ky area. We had a slight incident with a gutter due to one of the branches. Mike and his team came out and had the problem resolved within 24 hours! Highly recommend! Great company.
