Thompson Roofing has been exceptional to work with for our recent needs of gutters and loose metal around soffit, We have used them for roofing as well few years back and had no issues. We would recommend them highly for roofing and gutter needs.

I had Mike repair my roof and my daughter's roof a few years ago and he was prompt, knowledgeable and very, very fair with the work. And a few days ago, Mike came to look at my roof and arrived within one hour of my call! Excellent customer service with a professional appearance and truck. Kudos to Thompson Roofing!

They replaced the roof on my house 5 years ago and did a great job and have come back at least twice to unclog gutters etc. just bought a new home and they came to that house and addressed some vent cap issues—these visits at no cost—now That is Service!!!! I highly recommend Mike & Thompson Roofing for any gutter or roofing repairs. There was an area at the back of my house where the gutter and fascia had separated from the roof due to rotted wood. Having only lived in the area for a short time, I was uneasy about finding someone to fix it; then a neighbor recommended Mike. He was prompt for our initial meeting, his quote was clear and broken down into labor, materials, etc. which I appreciated. During the work itself, he was upfront with timing and price when there looked to be possible extra work. Also, Mike and his co-workers were very patient with my 5 million questions during the process. I also called Thompson Roofing for an area of concern at the front of the house which turned out to be an easy fix. Mike kindly fit me into the schedule to take a look and put my mind at ease.

I had Thompson out to my elderly mother’s house in Highland Heights for a roof repair. They gave us a fair price and got the work done on our schedule. Very easy to work with and would definitely recommend. They even went above and beyond did a quick cleaning of my mom’s gutter at her request.

Mike (the owner) promptly came out and gave me an estimate to repair some failed vent pipe flashings along with replacing the roof deck in a couple spots that had rotted. He got me on his schedule quickly, showed up on time, did a great job on the repairs, and didn’t leave a trace of mess behind. Mike is also extremely friendly and communicated everything well every step of the way. I was glad the owner operator of this company personally performed the work unlike many companies that just farm out jobs to subs which typically jacks the price up in my experience. I would not hesitate to hire him again!!!

AJ, Clint, Jesse, Brian, and Kevin were all great to work with. They got the work done well and were very communicative. They made me feel confident that our house will be ok.

My husband and I bought appliances from Home Depot during their Presidents Sale Feb 2024. Their installation people cracked the water line going to the dishwasher unknown to us. We ran dishwasher as we were told along with the other 3 pieces of appliances. 2 days later my husband went to the basement to his wood shop. Heard a continuous dripping went through out the basement and the back half was flooded and the sub floor was soaked and water running down the walls. Called Home Depot the gave us a claim number to their insurance Sedgwick is a joke we followed everything the woman told us to do and even called a plus mitigation into our home. They ripped everything out which caused us more problems the owner of this company is nothing outside of a rip off artist, rude and yells at you and refuses to give you or your insurance the proper paperwork needed. Seven months of HELL!! dealing with this all the while we were having to do dishes in our bathroom and a lot of expensive fast food and anxiety meds. I called our homeowners insurance Allstate awesome company they took control of everything. They called in 1st Call Disater with in ONE MONTH I had the most wonderful and amazing respectful young men come through my home and put it back together within 5 days, flooring, cabinets etc. We work 3rd shift and were able to actually sleep with not having to worry about anything. Kyle you and Derrick and Jeremy and Barb along with Salvador and his father in law. Where by far the most caring, professional, kind hearted and respectful young men. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with your professionalism and down to earth attitude approach. The Best of the Best. Thank you ALL for going the extra mile and making my home GREAT AGAIN…Your work is beautiful. The ladies in the Front Office are Great Also. Where do I even start. Kyle, Zach, Jeremy, Edward, Rae Jean- they all have been WONDERFUL. This has been the best experience we've ever had with a company for our home and I can't recommend enough. All 5 of them were beyond kind, very fast at the work, answered all questions we had, made sure we were satisfied and felt comfortable with next steps. They explained the process each time they were out and what to expect next, etc. These guys work very hard and I want to be sure they are noticed for this hard work. Me and my husband were really impressed with how professional , on time, courteous and how great of a job Aaron, Clint and Kevin did!
