What a nightmare!!! I didn’t want to chemical garbage sprayed on my property at all, but my husband chose to order it anyways. We had a technician come out today and start spraying before talking to me to be informed of what I didn’t want sprayed. Several of my garden beds that are full of edible plants were all sprayed and it specifically says on the website that garden beds are not sprayed. I found this out by looking at our cameras after the technician left, but when at my house the tech lied to my face and said the garden beds were not sprayed. I walked around the property with the technician pointing out all the edible beds and areas I didn’t want sprayed. After the technician, left I saw on video where an additional bed I said not to spray, was sprayed anyways. I also have on video the technician running over a piece of garden art that was a Mother’s Day gift. I noticed the damage when walking our property with the technician but wasn’t sure at that time if trugreen did it or a delivery driver. I found out on video that it was trugreen and the technician walked right by it with me and didn’t say a thing or take responsibility. Apparently they won’t spray garden beds…. See videos below of all of the damage being done. The rep my husband signed up with said to call her number directly if we need anything. I left two voicemails and no response. Looks like we paid to for trugreen to come decimate our edible garden and garden art and then ignore calls.

Been a customer of TruGreen for at least 7 years. Added a new property this year, serviced from this service center out of Florence, Kentucky. This year has been a disaster. Multiple reschedulings with one application being rescheduled until it was 20 days late - resulting in various weeds and unwanted vegetation taking over the yard. And going forward truegreen was not able to rectify the situation. Been on the phone with TruGreen at least 12 times this year. Reschedule after reschedule after reschedule with no reason given. 3.5 weeks ago I received a call and they offered a free aeration and overseeding because of their terrible service this year. They promised it would be done within a week. Still hasn't been done. When I inquired initially no one had scheduled it, after it was promised. They did put it on the schedule and then no one showed up and I had a notice they were rescheduling for today. Today, another reschedule. Now it is snowing. Horrible service. No accountability.

James, my lawn technician, is the best in the business. He is always professional and I give him all the credit for me having the best looking lawn in all of my housing development. This is absolutely 100% true and I encourage anyone to see for themselves.

Ryan arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He inspected my lawn and determined its needs. He fully explained what he would be doing to improve my lawn and provided the treatment.

Mike had great communication, showed up exactly as indicated, and did great honest work. 100% satisfied with the service he provided and will definitely use him again in the future.

Mike has been to our house multiple times to perform a variety of repairs to our roof. Each time I contacted him he was able to come out within a day or two. He has identified faulty and missing shingles due to weather and replaced them. The damage was so extensive at one point it required a portion of the plywood to be replaced. We've had multiple issues with leaks that required Mike to access the attic to identify the source. He has replaced vent pipe boots, ridge vents, and flashing around the dormers. We live in a newer house, but apparently sub-contractor used for the roof was in a hurry to finish. Thankfully, Mike has been able to perform the repairs in a very timely manner, and at a very reasonable price. I COULD NOT RECCOMEND HIM MORE!

I had some issues with my roof and gutters that needed to be taken care of and received 4 estimates from roofers and handymen. Mike Thompson was the only one who didn’t try to a) scare me into installing a new roof or b) sell me services I didn’t need (sealing box gutters that had recently been sealed). He assessed the problems correctly and gave me a fair price. Communication about timing was impeccable.
I still had some minor issues after he did the repairs (not his fault, just wear and tear and previous sub-par work), so I texted him and he came out the next day to fix them free of charge. I highly recommend Thompson Roofing for any gutter and/or roof work in NKY.

We suffered some roof damage as a result of the wind from Helene recently. I called that day and spoke with Mike who came out the very next morning to assess and give an estimate. The quote was extremely fair and he schedule the work immediately after the rain ended. It couldn’t have been an easier to stress free process.
