Our technician was Mr. Justin Dixon. He was very professional and thorough with our system. He explained all details of his inspection and the importance of system maintenance. Very pleased with his service!

Davy and Bryson did a fantastic job installing attic ductwork, repairing basement ductwork, and installing new zone dampers. They were thorough and persistent in resolving a challenge at the end of the day.

Bryson, Davy and Darrell spent three days installing a new heating and cooling system with all new ductwork under the house. They did a great job !! The temperature on the first floor of the house is now consistent in all rooms.

This system replaced a minisplit, which could not keep up with the cold weather and could not heat the house properly.

Brandon did a great job quickly diagnosing my HVAC heating problem. He and Christy got the needed parts by the next day and Brandon came back that day to install them. My HVAC zoning is complicated but Brandon’s skill and experience shines through his work. I’m appreciative of his quick service since my repair was just ahead of the extreme cold weather we recently had. I’ve been a Gibson customer 18 years and am very pleased with the support they have provided me over the years.

Scott came out to our house after hours to fix our unit. We had issue with heating during the night. He thoroughly looked at everything. Ensured everything was good after fixing it. Didn’t leave directly after, because he wanted to be sure. Great service and super fast getting back to us.

We called around 10pm, got back to us within maybe 10 minutes and was at our house working under 30 minutes or so. Thanks Scott!!
