During our winter maintenance, it was discovered due to yard drainage issues over the course of several years, (addressed recently), water had been getting underneath the house and had rotted some of the joists causing the air handler to lean backwards. This in turn was keeping the water from draining properly from it. Titan removed the air handler and my water heater, so the floor could be repaired. They arranged for the floor to be repaired and did a thorough cleaning of the air handler system. They then reinstalled the air handler properly building a new plenum box and re-leveled the unit. The entire crew, Jeff, the owner; Charlie, the operations manager; and technicians Josh, Jyden, and Trey all did a fantastic job and were wonderful to work with. They arrived when they said they would, removed and re-installed everything in only 2 days as promised. It was cold out and the work required my water to be shut off to the house. I highly recommend them and their prices are reasonable.

I have a new home in which the builder “cheaped” out on the HVAC system. The installer undersized the AC and totally messed up the trunk and distribution lines. Charlie is extremely detail oriented and knows exactly what building code is. I hope to do business with Titan soon and honestly, from what I have been told independtly, Jeff and Charlie are the best in the HVAC business hands down.

Charlie did a great job. It’s a new house and he took the time to explain several things about my system I did not know. He clearly cares about what he does and I feel confident that Titan will give me an accurate assessment of what work may be needed in the future. I will be recommending Titan to my friends and family.

Today, I had a problem with the gas heater in my house. and this problem could not come in a better time. Can you imagine, you wake up from your comfort zone not because you would like to get out of bed, but because you are frozen in your own your bed (no heat in the house, Temperature outside is 12 degree Fahrenheit and it feels like one degree Fahrenheit. the snow accumulation on the roads at least about 8 inches, roads are empty, there is no traffic at all. the town is very quite, yo do not hear anything except the siren of Emergency Vehicles.

You will be lucky to find some one who will answer the phone. But "Titan Heating and Air" did answer the phone.

Mr. Jeff Burnett "the owner at Titan Heating & Air" was very kind enough and very nice enough to take my call and to listen my problems and he was very supportive enough to offer his help and his support. and showed some empathy for your needs

Mr. Jeff Burnett did his best to get my house' gas heater in his schedule on the same day, although he was a short handed in the number of the crew members who showed up to work in this bad weather conditions and and although he was overwhelmed with the number of calls he received from many people who needed his help.

Mr. Jeff Burnett did not refuse to help and did not hide behind any excuse to schedule me in another day. I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart for saving my life from getting frozen in my own home during this terrible weather conditions that was all over the United states in the end of January 2026.

Also I would like to thank Mr. Charlie Smithson (the man behind the scenes, the hard working man with a smile on his face, the technician who came to my house to troubleshoot and fix the problems with the house' gas heater

Mr. Charlie Smithson told me with a very nice smile, you are in a good hand, I am going to let you sleep tonight comfortably without getting frozen and he was a man of his word, he was very quick and very knowledgeable to find the root causes for the gas hater problems and got the heater running again in no time. Scott came and diagnosed my issue and thoroughly fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable as to his craft.

Justin got our upstairs AC running in record time on a Friday afternoon. When other people would be heading for home, Justin stuck around to get us comfortable again. His methodical diagnostics and system check provided an accurate diagnosis the first time. He was totally transparent about the whole process, and provided excellent tips for system maintenance as he went along. He is the HVAC professional you want on speed dial. Respectful, prompt, and great communication.

Both of our techs, Davy and Gauge, were very professional, pleasant and focused on their objective. They were also very knowledgeable and easy to understand when explaining their processes. We would certainly have them back again should the need arise in their areas of expertise!

Drew was PHENOMENAL. Not only was he early, he was respectful, and professional. His inspection and diagnosis were thorough and he made sure we understood what had happened. Will absolutely ask for him to return should we have any further problems.

We recently needed repair on a relatively new unit -less than three years. Brandon came out to do the initial inspection and found the problem pretty quickly. He explained what the problem was and what would need to be ordered and how long the repair would take. He came back and completed the necessary repairs today -5/13/25. Brandon is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact him and Gibson Heating and Cooling again.

Very impressed with their work. I had one HVAC system replaced, 3 UV lights, and all my systems cleaned today. 6 guys worked together to get it all done in 1 day. I highly recommend Gibson Heating and Cooling.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

On Saturday, I called Gibsons (which i found out later was bought out by Synergy) because I had a leak coming through my ceiling from my HVAC. They charged me for an emergency call and came to "fix" it. They said it was a clog in my condensation pipe and hooked up a shop vac and poured water down the pipe. I was charged $250 for this.They never checked anything else.
Less than 24hrs later my ceiling was leaking again and they said someone was coming in a text on Sunday. No one showed. I had a handyman come over who told me my whole unit was frozen over within 10 minutes of being there.
On Monday, I called the office during hours. They said they would have a manager call me back. They never did. I called them and demanded to speak with a manager. This manager kept me talking in circles saying I had no reason to be upset. All the while I was telling them I just wanted a proper assessment of my unit completed.
A senior technician came out Monday afternoon stayed looking at it for an hour. And then told me I had only 2 choices, to rebuild the unit or replace it. I got a second opinion just to find out he was telling me nonsense and that at the most I might need to replace a coil where freon is leaking.
They are just scamming people for money. Do not trust this company with your home.

Ethan and Ruben arrived on time and completed a relative complex task quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the work they did. They were pleasant and easy to work with. We would use them again if needed.

All the rain that we've had so far this year caused major "small lake" issues under our house. When we dried out, we discovered the furnace didn't make. One call to Gibson and one quote and one trip to take the old one out and install the new one was handled with professional knowledge and ease. All questions were answered and the crew stayed until they were confident that everything was running perfectly. I know it could not have been easy to install a new furnace under a house with not much room to stand up-if at all. Davy and Earl were the best. Patient and confidently skilled. I'd give Gibson 10 stars but they only had 5 stars to choose from.

Dixon and Scott were great and went above my expectations for the amount of checks they performed to ensure my A/C was operating efficiently. They offered some helpful tips to improve my A/C's operation and gave me an idea for a potential future enhancement that could save me a lot of money in the long run. Will definitely call Gibson HVAC again for future A/C needs.

Gibson came highly recommended to me from a close friend. We had our first floor unit go out & they had someone out the next day to do an inspection to see what was wrong. We ended up getting a whole system & had it installed within 2 days! Davy & Gauge were super great to work with & answered any questions I had. I will be recommending Gibson’s (and Davy & Gauge) for any repair needs.

Just want to Thank Gibson. Heating and Cooling for doing an amazing job and getting us cooled back down… The service Team of Ethan and Ruben was amazing very professional and knowledgeable.
