Davy and Gauge did an excellent job handling the installation of our new unit . They were polite, steadfast, and trustworthy. I recommend Gibson Heating and Air because I have had nothing but great a great and smooth experience through the entire process from start to finish . Scott did an excellent job trying to service and troubleshoot the issues and as I said before the installation crew were awesome.

Two weeks ago I had my air conditioning go out in my house. That week it was 100° each day with 90% humidity. I knew I was in for a financial expense I had not planned for. I found Gibson heating and cooling and gave them A call. The next day they sent out a representative who quickly assessed what I needed to replace the outdoor unit and within a day or so a five man team showed up at my house and was in four hours had installed the new unit taken out the old unit replaced the venting and basically turned my old system into a brand new efficient Goodman air conditioning unit. It didn’t take one hour for it to cool down the house and we can finally be at peace. I wanna think especially gauge and Davie for their quick and efficient service. they were real professionals and answered all my questions and set my mind at ease about the new system. If I have any future problems, I’m definitely giving Gibson heating and cooling a call. You can trust Gibson heating and cooling.

Brandon Gibson was very professional and personable. He corrected the water and freon levels quickly. He went the extra mile helping me run the garden house around the house to the basement. This is the 2nd time that he's been to our house and i don't have any complaints. I would recommend Gibson's for anyone needing Geothermal work completed.

Tasian & Gauge texted they were on their way and arrived at the appointed time. These young men were very polite and professional. They replaced my downstairs AC unit and I cannot tell they were even here. It has been about 5 hours since they left and waiting for the new unit to cool to the thermostat set point. I would recommend Gibson based on my experience today no issues that I can see. Thanks for the quick fix in this heat.

Davy and Earl where here on time. They both were great and friendly. They explained what they were doing and went right to work. They finished and cleaned up the area. Both were great. I highly recommend Gibson for you next heating or cooling issue. We also signed up for their annual service plan.

I had two units replaced, and they got the work done in a very timely manner. The guys that did the work took good care of my home as well. I’m glad I chose Gibson. I highly recommend them.

I called needing an estimate on pricing a whole new HVAC system, and they worked with my schedule so that I didn't have to leave work early. They were able to get us financing within our budget. They were also able to get everything ordered and installed in a matter of a few days. It's great to have a working a/c again! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional.

I recently had my first floor AC unit go out. Gibson came highly recommended by a friend and they definitely did not disappoint! A representative was out within hours of calling. Unfortunately it was compressor failure due to a 21 year old system. I was provided an extremely detailed quote and walked through my next steps. I did shop around but ultimately decided on Gibson. Our service team Gauge and Davy did a fantastic job! My wife works from home and they were very respectful of that and did a quick, quiet, and extremely professional job. I typically come home from work for lunch. I was greeted by the team and they were happy to answer any questions I had. We went from 82° in our first floor to a crisp 70° in one day! I would highly recommended Gibson and my service team.

Installing a new furnace in the cold in a crawlspace is a tough task, but Bryson, Wyatt, and Brandon got it knocked out and even showed me the new thermostat. Courteous team, would recommend. 👍🏻

Had heat/AC unit installed earlier this year. Very satisified with the insulation and the performance of the unit. Brandon,Ethan,Carlos and Ruben did a great job.

My heat went out on a zero degree night, Scott Holmes came by ahead of the scheduled time to diagnose the issue. He gave a run down of the problems and a concrete plan to prioritize what needed fixed. He gave me clear expectations for the timeline and the next day showed up with the part in hand and my heat is working again!! Branden and Austin provided the information and service all small businesses dream of providing. Branden was personable, informative and best of all NOT PUSHY! He was very easy to talk with and was very responsive to my questions. Austin, although he lost his keys that morning, showed up ready to get the job done and he was very easy going and professional. They were efficient and diligent, despite the rain delay. We are so excited and relieved to have a whole home generator to ease our minds when the storms arrive. I’ve used gibsons for a few years now for my heat and ac needs they’ve installed new unit and have been out for repairs I feel confident that they can repair at a fair price I just had a problem with my unit and they sent out technician Kramer and he was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed my problem very well!
