Jeff arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous and he took the time to explain the issue, why it occurred and how it was corrected. We just switched our business to Titan and could not be more pleased. Love the yearly loyalty reward and affordable annual membership for our spring & fall maintenance service. Our technician TJ was professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable of our HVAC systems. He identified a flaw in the installation/wiring of our air handler & thermostat that was causing higher electric bills, costly repairs, damage to the system and quite possibly a fire threat.
We are grateful for making the switch to a company that has well trained and certified technicians whose sole concentration is on heating and air conditioning.

I was very happy with TJ! He was very polite, honest and efficient. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and all his findings. Even gave me some tips on my filters. Titan has a customer for life!

Had issue over the weekend and they arrived promptly when they said they would. Jonah was very polite and knowledgeable talking me thru my options and not proceeding until I was comfortable and in agreement. Did all post-service testing and left the jobsite neat and clean. Our DryAire dehumidifier stopped working, but the team from Titan came to the rescue. They quickly found the problem, got the required parts, and had our dehumidifier back up and running better than ever.

Jeff responded quickly to my heat pump problem. His crew was very professional installing a new unit. They left the area clean and disposed of the old unit. I feel the price was reasonable. I would recommend Titan for your heating and air needs.

I won’t go into too much detail, but the long and short is that I canceled my club membership with a different H&A Team and signed up with Titan today.

Jeff was informative and set us up with a same day service. And TJ and Jason came through, were professional, polite, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.

Awesome service. Couldn't be happier. Replaced two entire units and moved one to another location. Flawless. They put runners down for the carpet and left the place cleaner than they left it. Exterior of home is also under a full restoration during the time.

Just awesome service! Had a tech on site within 2 hrs fixed my furnace within 30 minutes, had other places telling me it was a relay and or one of the heating elements was bad ended up being a simple wiring issue only charged 150 for diagnoses and wire repair. Tech was also very respectful and knowledgeable, Titan heating and air has gained a lifetime customer!

Working with this company was very easy from the very start. I had one AC unit stop working, but it wasnt an emergency. Jeff was able to get us in within a couple of days despite the busy time of year seeing. I appreciated the reminder texts and Jeff was kind about me wanting to watch the process. Titan helped us repair our air conditioner on the hottest day of the year. Being a 3-year-old unit, it was very unexpected, but Jeff went above and beyond to get the air conditioning in our home working. His work ethic and knowledge of the HVAC systems was great.
