Competent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, professional and friendly service I have ever experienced! Did not overcomplicate the problem, full explanation and repaired my AC problem within 15 minutes of arrival. I highly recommend WARE HVAC for any ac/ furnace needs and will never use anyone else! Place was getting warm inside. I had a different company look at the same issue last week, couldn’t find a problem.

Matt (Ware) was great! Met him outside, told him what was happening. He immediately said “I know what it is”. He did! Took it apart , showed me the issue and explained why. Had it up and running in no time.

Ware HVAC was amazing! Highly recommend! They did a new commercial install for a project of mine and I can’t say enough good things about them. They’re professional, easy to get along with, and always available to answer any questions. They communicate regularly and keep you updated. And they sure know their stuff. Example- Matt (the owner) looked at an existing unit that wasn’t working (unrelated to the commercial space that they were working in and that I hired them for) and fixed it so fast I thought he was joking when he said with a smile “It’s good to good, free of charge” then proceeded to get back to work on what they were there for. Matt and his crew are great and honest guys and they stand behind their work. Ware HVAC is definitely my go to for HVAC from here on out. WARE HVAC saved me $1100! I originally had another company come out and they wanted to charge me $1300 to fix my broken a/c. Ware came out the same day, looked at the entire system found out it was only one issue, fixed it and the entire cost was $365. They were nice, easy to work with and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Called after hours with a thermostat problem and Mr. Ware added me to his schedule first thing the next morning. Crew showed up the next day and resolved our issue professionally and in timely fashion. I would absolutely recommend Ware to anybody needing A/C repairs.

I have used Ware's heating and air for three years now. I have been grifted by Lexington Fayette Heating & Air in the past and Ware's is the only service I trust. They repaired my unit faster and cheaper than Lexington Fayette Heating and Air ever did.

I recently moved into a 16 year old home and one of my units stopped running. I had Matt come out and take a look. He quickly found the problem and was able to provide me a quote to do the repair. This was going to be a costly repair but he cautioned me letting me know with age of the unit and the sound of the compressor the whole unit didn't have much time left. He could have simply done the repair, taken my money, and come back and taken more after the unit inevitability croaked. Instead with his solid information I was able to make a decision to save myself money in the long run and replace both units. I was expecting this anyways as both of my neighbors had to just do the same. Ware's was able to set me up with a lender to finance the replacement, offered me a discount for doing both units together, work with my schedule and completed the work quickly. They arrived promptly at 8:30am and completely removed and replaced two whole units by 1:30 including time to clean up and test the system.

I highly recommend this service to anyone needing a repair or replacement.

Unfortunately our air conditioner went out during a heat wave leaving us miserable. I had used Ware’s Heating and Cooling before with great results so I called them again. To my surprise Matt was able to get to our house the same day to diagnose the problem. He presented us with options and pricing without leaving our house. We decided to totally replace our downstairs a/c and furnace. I was expecting to wait at least a week for service and parts. I was shocked when they were able to schedule us within a day and a half. On installation day 2 techs came by. Kody and James went above and beyond. They ran into some difficulties beyond their control due to the placement of our existing unit. They had to spend extra time and effort and we’re willing to do so without complaint. It’s not often you find such hard working and friendly technicians. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience including a very competitive price. Thank you Matt and crew.

We were very pleased with our recent experience with Ware Heating and Air. Owner Matt Ware came to discuss our needs the same day he was called. He followed up promptly with an emailed quote that was very transparent and included PDF’s of brochures for each component of the system he recommended. He continued with excellent communication, answering questions and keeping us in the loop as we made our purchasing decision, and worked with us on an installation schedule. The day the system was installed, Matt and his crew arrived early, completed the job, and cleaned up thoroughly. Matt made sure we had all of our questions answered about the new system, and remained on site until he was certain everything was operating exactly as it should. Matt was very professional and courteous, and we definitely recommend his company.

Called Matt and explained my situation. My control board had fried in my old unit. He was at my house within 2 hrs to assess the damage and after that consultation, we decided to install a new unit. The financing was easy and very quick and he was out there the next business day. Amazing professionalism and service. Will absolutely recommend!

had a terrible experience with Ware HVAC in Scott County, KY, due to their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Their installer’s shoddy work caused significant damage to my home and a lot of unnecessary stress.

The issue started with the installation of an A/C unit in my ceiling. The condensation line was improperly installed, leading to a major leak. This wasn’t just a small drip; it caused water damage to my ceiling and walls, leaving me with a hefty repair bill. It was clear the installer had no idea what they were doing or didn’t care about doing the job right.

When I contacted Ware HVAC to address the issue, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They took no accountability for their mistakes and left me scrambling to find another company to fix their mess. The level of incompetence and lack of responsibility was astounding.

If you value your home and your money, stay far away from Ware HVAC. Their careless work and poor customer service are simply not worth the risk

100% recommend Matt and his wife at Ware’s H&C.. They quickly came to the rescue to address my grandmas home. They patiently explained what they were going to do, looked for any other issues to relieve any concerns, and finished the job the same day. They were quick to communicate, resolve the hvac pump and take care of it. I signed up for the 3 month check up program that is so nice to have someone trustworthy and efficient make sure the home’s heating and cooling is running properly. Utility rates are rising, better call Matt to make sure you aren’t paying a lot more than you need to like I was because of weathered parts and filters.
