They did an amazing job up sizing my under sized unit. Its saving me hundreds of dollars being so much more energy efficient. Not to mention, he was the best quote out of several other companies! My neighbor used him and recommend him highly and now I know why. We used Fayette Heating and Air and we won't be going back. These are our guys now! Thank you all!

I would give this company negative stars if I could!! They are dishonest and do not stand by their logo "fix it right or it's free". I took my complaint to the BBB and got their accreditation pulled after I won in their arbitration process. I never received the money their were supposed to refund me so they got their Better Business Bureau accreditation removed!

Have used this company since 1992, but tired of waiting for days for a repair. They obviously need more technicians if they can’t get to you for 3 days. In the past I have waited over a week for a technician. Tired of waiting.

Coils froze up on unit. Juett said there was no need to add Freon and that entire unit had to be replaced. Got a second quote from Gibson Heating & Air and they said it had a small leak and should work for a couple more years...Well, more than two years later unit is still cooling fine so Juett was incorrect on diagnosis.
