I just have to say if you need any HVAC services I highly recommend Georgetown Advantage air. Matt one of the owners is absolutely fantastic. So kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciate them so much. They go above and beyond for their customers and you will never get that with the big hvac companies. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs and you should to. They are pretty awesome to work with.

We love this business! I called first thing this morning (on a Friday) hoping to get someone out to get our heat working. They were full of appointments so we scheduled a time for Saturday. They called me back immediately and said someone will be there today. At 5:30 on a Friday night, the owner, Gene, and an associate showed up and fixed our issue. We are so appreciative of them!

We would highly recommend Georgetown Advantage Air. They were quick to come out and assess our issues and were able to schedule a time for repairs in a timely manner. After making repairs, we had an issue and they came right out to assess the situation. It was late in the evening and the owner came himself. Very nice, helpful and professional.

Hired them to do the yearly check ups, After the first check up, they left stuff disconnected and the air conditioner wouldn’t work. Call them they told me they wouldn’t come back until the next day. Ended up having to fix it myself. They also are consistently late for appointments and will cancel appointments at the last minute. Major inconvenience when you’ve already taken off work for them to be there.

Georgetown advantage air is absolutely amazing. My air went out during stormy weather today. I called several companies and was told that it would be days before anyone could come take a look at it. Then I got in touch with George who was at my house within an hour. He had my unit fixed in 20 minutes. He was nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again George, your a life saver.

Georgetown Advantage air did an outstanding job in replacing one of my two units and changing the setup on the other one which was installed improperly by another company. They were able to increase the blower speed on both units my house now is easily cooled in minutes and stays cold without running so long like the old units did. I am looking forward to lower Heating and Cooling bills for sure. The technicians did a fantastic job we're very polite and accommodating. The company was recommended to me by my neighbors and they didn't steer me wrong great job!

Georgetown Advantage Air is a great company. I recently had a bad blower wheel vibration issue. Steve diagnosed the problem as a broken vane in the wheel and a new wheel was ordered. The new wheel was out of balance from the manufacturer and a second new wheel had to be ordered and installed. I was charged only for the initial work and not the time to change out the faulty wheel. Matt also helped with selection of new thermostats for the house spending time to educate me on what would work with my system. Steve and Matt are top notch and Georgetown Advantage Air is an honest and efficient business. I would recommend for all your HVAC needs.

Gardner Heating and Air was fair, responsive and honest in helping me with the replacement of my AC unit. I was very impressed with the quality of the service and fairness of the price.

I've used Greg ever since he worked for Monthie Mechanical. When he left Monthie, I had to track him down, but I wouldn't consider using anyone else. He really knows his job and he's totally honest

Greg Gardner has done our HVAC work for over 30 years. It all started when we had a unit that 2 other companies condemned and said needed to be replaced. Greg showed up and fixed it for pennies on the dollar and it worked for several more years! We would give Greg 10 stars if possible. We build and flip houses and Greg is our go to guy for all our HVAC needs. Highly recommend Greg!

Greg Gardner came to our house on Sunday to diagnose the problem with our furnace. He ordered and then installed the fan motor on Tuesday. He is knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. We would definitely call on him in the future.

Greg Gardner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, & diligent! We have 20 year old dual units, & he has done AC repairs on both, & heat on one, on 3 separate occasions. The first time he came out, it was after hours, on a Friday evening, over a holiday weekend! And while he was there to repair 1 unit, he went ahead & inspected & cleaned both units for us. Each time, he has explained what he fixed & what was causing the problem, told us how to prevent further problems, or how to fix or reset if it happened again. It has always ended up costing us way less than anticipated. Amazing service- he goes above and beyond!

Our A/C went out last night. Greg came out today and had our system back up and running in no time. Was not over charged for such an emergency call either. I would recommend him to anyone. If we have any other issues, I will be using him again.
