My A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year. I called after 6pm on a Friday night and Gene, the owner was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He had me up and going in no time! Great service and prices. I would give another star if possible for the time he spent petting my dog.

Matt was super professional, timely, and honest. He came out and within 24 hours and had parts ordered and air running when competitors said we we need a $7k replacement. Highly recommend their services

Wonderful Experience, our Air conditioner is over 21 years old. Instead of trying to sell us a néw unit, they came and repaired it for 200$. I highly recommend them. Family owned company and the owner himself did the repair. Came a day early and super friendly ☺️

This team is amazing!! They have made multiple trips to fix my heat. No matter what day or time they have been there. Gene even sat down with us and watched some of the UK game!! I cannot say enough about how kind Gene was when he came for a service call. I know nothing and would have believed whatever he told me was wrong with my unit. Instead, he took things apart and in less than 10 minutes found a burned wire that was causing the problem. He fixed my aur and wouldn't let me pay him for the call. As an older woman, living alone, this was a priceless experience, for me. There need to be so many more Genes in the world!

We added an addition to our house. Thinking we might need additional HVAC capacity we started looking into companies. We kept hearing an ad on the radio about Georgetown Advantage Air and how great they are. Also look them up on the internet and saw all the great reviews so we thought we would give them a call. This was over two weeks ago. We had them come out and inspect our system for maintenance and to discuss our needs. The first crew came out on a Wednesday 4/27/2022 looked at our unit noticed the uv bulb was blown said we needed a new one and that the old one was connected incorrectly which caused it’s short life. They said the unit should be under warranty and they were going to take care of this. Nothing yet. . Also stated they couldn’t check the pressure on the AC because it wasn’t hot enough. They came in and looked at the addition and talked to us about a ductless system. We then requested a quote. Noticed the fan on our unit was constantly running we called them back thinking they had left something running. A second crew came out two days later, Friday 4/29/2022 and found our unit was running because the humidity level was not reached per the setting selected. We again discussed the needs for our addition and the tech verified what we assumed, a larger unit was needed. We asked them to get us a quote. As of today Thursday 5/12/2022 we have had no response.
This is why you shouldn’t put faith in the reviews you see. I know this is a busy time of the year but I’m not sure how it would affect the quoting process. This to me is not how a professional company would act. Not sure I would use them now even if they gave us a quote. Very disappointed.

I called at 9:30pm on the coldest night of the year (to date) and Gene was able to guide my husband through turning on the emergency heat for the night. The next day, Gene came out, replaced a sensor, and gave advice about the air flow. Great gentleman and fantastic company. I highly recommend.

I had a weekend need and the owner Gene took care of me himself. He was through and very nice! I truly appreciated his time and attention to my need. I wouldn’t look anywhere else! Thank you so much!

There isn't enough I can say about this company. Just tonight at around 7pm, our blower motor quit on us. My home warranty couldn't get anyone to answer. I called several places and only got answering machines or "we can come by tomorrow" answers. It's 80 degrees outside and we needed somebody now.
I called Georgetown Advantage Air and the owner, Gene Thompson, answered and said I'll be there as soon as I can.
Absolutely the nicest guy in the world.
Got us up and running that night around 9:30 or 10 o'clock and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. You can't say that about any other HVAC company.
Bottom line, they're fast, friendly, very reasonably priced and reliable.
This is the HVAC company that I will go with from now on.

Had an amazing experience with my service call from advantage air! Explained everything they had to do and showed me where others had not done things properly previously. I really appreciated that they were able to get parts needed and have my air fixed same day. Great family business with wonderful service, pricing, and people! Would definitely recommend and will be calling from now on.

Seriously couldn't be happier. Gene, the owner, came out personally, late at night and got us back up and running. He gave us a fair and honest price, and didn't even charge extra, even though it was after hours!

Seems like a very honest man/company, and if I have any other HVAC issues, I will be calling him again.

I have two HVAC units one for down stairs and one for upstairs. My upstairs unit fan quit working. I called Georgetown Advantage and they were out within the hour. They had the problem figured out in 5 mins, said they had the part and needed a new fan motor. They went to the shop and were back in a few with the part and had it repaced and working in less than an hour. They even took the extra time to clean each unit. They were very fast and efficient. The cost was very reasonable for the service. Very grateful for their services.

Family owned business in Georgetown, came out same day I called and got my air conditioning going again. Very reasonable pricing, helpful suggestions, friendly . I will be using them again for seasonal maintenance.
I have recommended him to my friends and neighbors.

Well I called as we didn’t have any air last night. They showed up at 1:30 ish on the hottest day of the year. Quickly diagnosed the problem fixed what they could and have to get some parts and come back. Very professional and prompt. Explained everything and answered all of our questions. Thrilled with their service. House is cooling. Thank you guys for everything.

I am so relieved & thankful for working AC tonight and a company that is more concerned with their customers than a quick buck. It was 80 degrees in our home this evening and we had tried all the "tricks" to get our air to be cool again... we didn't want a huge after hours fee on top of the cost to fix are AC. The owner came quickly at 9:30 pm, fixed the problem, stayed until her was sure it was resolved and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the capacitor. It gives me faith in humanity when I see a good company still operating on hard work, knowledge and morals! I will recommended them every time!

We were beyond thankful for Gene coming out himself after 8PM to fix our air. He was efficient, worked in a timely manner, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Very satisfied with the service we received!

AC stopped today. Called several companies & either didn’t answer or couldn’t come until Thursday. Someone in our neighborhood recommended Georgetown Advantage Air. They were here in less than 2 hrs & fixed in 15 min. The owner came & was outstanding!!!

My wife and I just purchased our dream home in georgetown. And three days later our air quit working. We had a home warranty. So I called them, and they were no help. This was labor day weekend. Georgetown Advantage Air came out and tried to get it fixed , but it was beyond repair. They gave me a great price on a new system. Now we have air again.

This is a true 5-Star HVAC operation. My builder recommended them as an honest business. They are reputable, and respond as quickly as possible to meet emergency HVAC situations. Honest, professional, and responsive.

Gene's technicians were busy on other jobs so he came by himself to check-out a furnace issue. He arrived within 1 hour of the call to resolve a "no Heat" issue as the outside temps were dropping readily. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me how to reset the automatic shutdown switch if there were future issues. I really appreciated his quick response and willingness to share information on how to resolve a rather simple problem. Highly recommend his business.
