This company by far exceeds a 5 star rating for customer service

I give this company a one star, would give lower if it were possible.

Heating unit went out Thursday the 13th of Dec. Contacted our landlord, he called Juett heating and air, they were out within the hour. The repairman checked out the unit, found that a circuit board had shorted out burning the wiring harness. The circuit board was ordered that day, came in the next day, up on installing the circuit board, the repairman noticed the wiring harness was of a different manufacturer making the installation impossible for that day. The wiring harness was ordered, for a Monday repair. He did leave us two electric heaters to help out over the weekend.

Well Monday came and no repair. We again contacted our landlord, he responded within a short time, informed us that the part would be in either Tuesday or Wednesday, they never called us to let us know that the part would be in on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself some grief and heart ache, use another company that keeps the customer informed.

So now you see why I gave this company a single star and willing to give lower if possible.

Pat Juett is amazing and we'll never call anyone else. We've had the same component fail a few times over the years and they've fixed it quickly and under warranty. The technician that comes out is the same that installed the furnace before we bought the house so they know everything about the system. When it failed in winter with a baby in the house, they were out the same day. Now, due to the repeated part failure, they're going to replace the entire furnace. If anyone in Scott County (or nearby) needs HVAC work, you can't do better than Pat Juett.

Just used Pat Juett for the first time and it definitely will not be the last time. I will be calling them again to check the system and if I have any issues. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and even asked to borrow my vacuum to clean up after himself when he saw some insulation fell down on the carpet below the attic access.

Technician showed up on time. Was very professional and explained everything. He was able to fix my issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. The office even called the next day to see how my experience was. Highly recommend.

We were very satisfied with our service. They had a technician, Jeremy, to our home within hours of our first call. They not only gave us a 2 hour window for the appointment, but called to tell me that he was on his way. Jeremy was thorough and checked our system out completely. Brenda called right away telling me exactly how much the parts would be and we rescheduled an appt to install the parts. There was no additional service fee for the tech to install the parts, they again called to tell me he was on his way and Brenda and Jeremy were both professional and polite. We will definitely use them again. They installed our hvac system 12 years ago and also took care of a repair over 20 years ago at our previous home. We have never had a bad experience with them.

They got here soon as they could which was faster than I expected. They ran some test and found that the circuit board was the issue. It was late no place to get one that day so the Tech said he would run to the their stock room and bring me a couple electric heaters back to use til he could get the part, he came back pretty quickly and to my surprise had for 2 new circuit boards in the stock room that should work. Well they first one he changed out didn't function with all the safety features my gas furnace had so he switched it out with the next one and the furnace ran great but he didn't just jump and leave, he tested every safety feature one by one and made sure that they all worked as they should. I'm so glad that he covered all the bases with it being a gas furnace. Now me and my family can sleep without worry knowing all safety features are working. It's been about a week now and the furnace is working flawlessly. I highly recommend Pat Juet Heating and Air. Awesome service all the way around! Thank You Jeremy!!!

All technicians were very friendly. They explained everything. They were so respectful of my house. They made sure to put their shoes covers on no matter how many trips they made in and out of the house. I feel like the price to replace my furnace was better than any competitor! Nothing but great service !

Amazing service. As a first time home owner I was so scared to have to replace my entire furnace/AC system; it's a big purchase and I wanted to make sure I chose wisely. Julie went to far as to answer my questions about comparison quotes I got from other companies. Everyone at Juett was very kind and they did great work. If you want to feel comfortable with the people working in your home, then this is the service for you.

I had the AC go out in a property of mine in georgetown right in the middle of the heat wave a few weeks ago leaving my tenant with no AC and almost 100° temperatures. I called them as soon as I was told about the issue from my tenant and they were at the house within the hour. Extremely responsive on such short notice and had the AC up and going in less than an hour. Freaking awesome company and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Georgetown area and best believe if I have any more issues they will be the first ones I call. Thanks again to Wares heating and cooling. Matt Ware said he believes in treating people like he would want to be treated. For someone like me with a brain injury, he and Cody were an absolute Godsend—delivering the stellar service at the best price in a most caring and compassionate manner—with great skill.

Replacing my nearly dead furnace on the coldest morning of the year so far, Ware’s is truly the gold standard for excellence. Thanksgiving is in two days and I am so thankful to them and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Timely and professional service. Upstairs furnace replaced by Matt and his technicians. Our home is 24 years old and the upstairs has never stayed as consistently cool as it is now.

Two years ago Matt and his crew replaced the two air condition units for the up and down stairs.

Hey I just wanted to help you guys. Never GO TO WARES AC

So yesterday we woke up to our laundry room ceiling leaking( this has happen many times since they installed our unit in two separate areas WARES which I don’t ever recommend kept making excuses that it was freezing up cause us ( just bought this brand new unit last year) call a new company titan and they first check for free then told us they messed up a coil and the tray was tilted and also there was a leak in the Freon. We have 11 pound capacity free on holder in our AC unit. We just got it last year. We have 1 pound of free Freon left which is crazy so he found the leak we gotta replace all the Freon and I might add we called wares 4 times through out the day and they completely ignored us and still hasn’t gotten back to us. I have called over and over and you guys ignored us and costed us so much damage!!

Recommended Ware's HVAC to a friend today and realized we forgot to give a review like we promised this summer. Woke up to a saturated ceiling and water running out of a light fixture, needless to say it was concerning, we knew our heat and air was right above. Called a few known companies and was told they would call back. Called Ware's and office staff was very friendly, acknowledged our concerns and sent a truck right over. Anyone company could have told us our system was shot and we would have believed it at that point, the system is original to our house. Matt our service tech arrived promptly, was already aware of the issues we were having, and we showed him to the attic. Our issue was a clogged drain on the catch pan and he handled it, explained everything, answered every question and even changed the filter for us we had there that we had neglected. I only wish we could give a 10 star review, but for sure Matt was a superstar in our eyes that day. We would have fallen for a complete new system but he fixed it and went above and beyond. Price was about as much as a nice dinner and night out on town. I will always recommend them to all family and friends.

Matt and his team are fantastic!! I've called Matt several time in a panic and he always makes time to come over and fix the problem. I did end up putting in a whole new unit, but not before he tried everything to fix the old one! I also signed up for the yearly maintenance as well. This company is a shining example of effective small business. Their service is quick, dependable and professional. They use quality products and their installation is efficient, effective and thorough. They don’t leave until they’re satisfied that everything is operating as it should be.

Their routine maintenance is also thorough and they clean up after themselves! Prices are competitive as well. What more could you want??

Matt did a great job with installing our new min-split AC unit. He showed up on time, was very particular about getting it to work right and look good. Our electrician had not done part of his job correctly, but Matt was able to rectify that as well - going above and beyond. I was very pleased and would be happy to have him back to work at my house any time!

Fast action, exceptional service, expert diagnosis and advice, and affordable!

I was having some issues with one of my outside condensing units and called Ware's to come and diagnose the problem. Matt and a teammate came out the very next day to find the issue to be a faulty compressor. I was given a couple of quotes for different solutions and wound up choosing to replace the unit entirely. Matt worked very fast and was out with help to switch the unit in 3 business days—as a matter of fact, he installed the unit while I was out of town. On top of the speedy service he also offered in-depth explanation of his diagnoses and additional service he provided along the way, as well as routine maintenance advice that would assure the longest life for my new system. Matt was also very prompt about registering the unit for the 10-year warranty that came along with it. At the end of it all the job total was exactly as quoted, which was incredibly cheap for parts and labor, especially when taking into account the quick turnaround and expert exceptional service. I can't refer another HVAC service company more than Ware's Heating and Cooling. 10 stars if it were possible!

I originally gave this business a 5-star review for their initial service, which was installing an entirely new HVAC in my new home. Since about one month after installation, the unit was freezing up constantly, causing it to defrost and leak through my ceiling…. I called and had staff come out to see what the issue was and I was told over and over again that the problem was my AC filters in the walls. Despite changing the filters 2x monthly, staff assured us that our dogs hair was the culprit. On the 5th assessment by this company, they sent out an HVAC student who did not know why this kept happening. They eventually stopped answering/returning my calls while my AC was continuously leaking through my ceiling. I called another company and in ONE visit, they found a leak in our refrigerant. The new company fixed it and haven’t had issues since. My frustration with the service is less to do with the lack of knowing the cause of the problem and more with the lack of care for customers. We spent well over $10,000 with this company and they couldn’t be bothered to return calls when the solution wasn’t easily found.
