Just moved into area. Reached out to Titan to check my heat pumps in my home. They set up a service call within 48 hours of my request. Technician TJ Williams c conducted the service on my units. He was excellent. Conducted the service quickly and most importantly answered all my questions about my units. The service contract I signed up for was 50% less expensive than the one I had at my previous residence.
Can’t say enough good things about Titan Heating and Air.

The tech was great. He answered all my silly questions and I applaud him for enduring the heat in the attic. It’s a tough job. But I wish he would have quoted me pricing as he was fixing issues. I had no idea what I was getting into. In the end all my issues were due to low refrigerant but couldn’t tell me why. Another visit would have to happen. $1000 later our AC works but was way too expensive considering what the issue was.

Great company to work with! Quick to respond and honest on repairs needed. Highly recommend!

Our A/C at personal house quit working. Called Titan to set up a maintenance appointment. The scheduler was quick to get us on their schedule. They were thorough and communicated during the entire process. TJ was personable, troubleshot our system pretty quickly and had our A/C operational in what seemed a very short period of time. We've set up our properties upon a biannual maintenance program with them. Great customer service!

I recently purchased a home, wanted the a/c and heating inspected. Jeff the owner was my service technician. He found that the wrong size fitler was installed and the system was not functioning effectively. I'm going to have Titian Heating and Air upgrade the system for proper air flow. I had an issue with my A/C unit. Titan heating and air were out the next day to take a look it. They figured out my problem and were able to fix it on the spot. Jonah, the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Jeff at Titan is great to work with. He endeavors to make everything about your home comfort experience seamless and enjoyable. Recently, he was able to diagnose a weird electrical glitch caused by lightning, and was able to get to the bottom of it , and brought our system back to optimum performance!

Titan Heating & Air came out today 8/28/2025 to perform an inspection on my HVAC unit and system. The level of knowledge and professionalism alone is enough to warrant a Highly Recommend status.
The technician Jonah, was thorough with his inspection, delivery of the information found, and the approach to ensure I understood what he was finding and explaining to me.
I look forward to having them correct my HVAC system and bringing my homes comfort temperature level back to normal. I have found my HVAC company and have no intentions on having to find someone else.

Today I had a new thermostat installed by Charlie Smitson, a service tech from Titan heating and air. Charlie was on time at my home and did an excellent job installing the thermostat and loading the WiFi and related information on my phone. The learning thermostat operates great and gives me access to all functions of the thermostat on my phone. Charlie was professional and very friendly and answered all my questions.
I certainly recommend Titan and Charlie if you need hvac work done.

We have been using Titan for over 2 years. They have always been professional and very reasonable with cost. They come out once in the spring and once in the fall to make sure we are good to go. We have had no problems since we started using this service. Great company.
