We highly recommend this plumbing company! They’re very knowledgeable, helpful and provide fast service. We’ve relied on them to plumb an addition on our home and also to replace our hot water heater and water pump in an emergency.

Matt and his crew are fantastic. They plumbed my new home and were the only contractor I new would be there when they said. The price was very fair and the work was top notch. Any issue I had they were there to fix it or advise me of my best option. They are my go to plumber from now on

Charged $1847 For a water heater replacement and would not provide an itemized statement he said his company didn’t do that I’ve never Heard of a company that does business like that I would not recommend the services of this company. He would not allow me to buy my own water heater through Lowes. He said he preferred Rheem brand water heaterand then installed a Richmond water heater. He is not trustworthy not reliable and positive reviews must be by his kin folk.

Justin came out within 2 hours of calling and fixed our problem during a snowstorm on the weekend! Saved us time and the cost was unmatched! Highly recommend!

Only giving two stars because they eventually got a tech out that knew how to install our part. Basically our fan motor went out on our HVAC unit. After calling and verifying my warranty myself, they ordered the part and we waited for it to come in. The part they ordered came in, my husband took off work for them to install it and their tech said it was the wrong part. I called the parts supplier to get the new part on order ASAP since my husband had already taken off work, I had hoped they maybe had the right part in stock. The supplier assured me that’s the only part that could fit. My husband talked to the owner at Dunrite who doubled down and promised us it was the wrong part, offered to show us that it looked nothing like the right part and then proceeded to try and sell my husband a whole new HVAC system! Of course he declined and basically said to return the part and we will figure it out. The owner finally decided to send another tech out. (The owner did not personally come out the install the first time, just talking to his tech had him swearing the part was wrong). 30 minutes after the second tech came out and my HVAC unit worked perfect. The tech he sent the second time was his most experienced tech according to the owner. This all would have been fine if we had heard ANYTHING from the owner after all of this. I literally had to stay glued to the phone for a long long time calling for warranties, parts, and with Dunrite themselves to get this resolution. I expected at least a “Sorry for trying to sell you a whole new HVAC system”. We didn’t hear a word after that. If we hadn’t advocated for ourselves the way we did we would’ve ended up spending several thousands that we didn’t need to. We were fine paying extra compared to other local HVAC companies because Dunrite came so highly recommended. My mistake clearly.

Prompt service. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and thorough.

The serviceman was friendly, polite, and showed up early when our A/C went out. The issue was minor and he had it running within 15 minutes. He explained what the issue was and reassured us when he said to call him if there were any lingering problems. I highly recommend DunRite Services to everyone.

Justin and Nick came out to check my ac , they got me going . Then said I was on borrowed time pretty much . Sure enough about a month later I had to call them back out. They replaced both indoor ,and out door units . The job they done is very clean and works great . They were very professional and helpful with all the question I had about the new system . The room that they worked in was cleaner then it was when they got there . I highly recommend DunRite services for all your hvac needs !
