Fast, friendly service. Showed up the day we called. Fixed our heat in no time flat! Would highly recommend!

Paul came out next day we called all others said it would be a week. He's replaced a few parts at very reasonable prices. He cleaned my units that the other company i have been with clearly hasn't ever been done. I cannot recommend paul and Graceland enough. I also signed up for there service plan to make sure I limit this from happening again. God Bless Paul!!

The service we received was excellent. Everything was explained before work was done. They were always on time. I would have no hesitation in calling them again.

Graceland Heating and Air has been a great company with reasonable prices for all our heating and air needs. From installing ductwork to the entire house , installing electrical system and the newest Hisense heat/split pump to even the clean up , vacuuming the dust up! All employees installing were very reliable and experienced with answering our questions and explaining how the system works. Will definitely recommend them to anyone, hands down the best around! 5 + stars

We had hvac issues and called Graceland to see if they would service our area. No one answered but Paul called me right back and stated they did service my area and he could be out to take a look at my issue tomorrow. (Mind you this was Monday so he came Tuesday.) By Thursday we called him to touch base and he said he would be coming by today to fix our heat and by 4PM we had heat! Thank you so much Paul for everything you did. In less than 1 week you solved our issue and we will now be alittle warmer this winter. I would recommend Graceland go anyone needing HVAC work done. They are amazing and they have very fair prices.

Ivan explained everything about our unit maintenance in terms that even a 5 year old would understand. He is an excellent service technician that reflects very well for his service company. Keep up the excellent service, Ivan.

I have had no central AC since I moved into my apartment at the beginning of May. A different company has been working on it since then and I thought there was no end in sight. My landlord got Graceland to come out and it was fixed within the day. The technician Ivan was so nice and efficient, he did a great job! Would definitely recommend these guys! Get Ivan something good for all his hard work!!

Nice guys, very fair on pricing and quick to respond to your needs.
Had them do a lot of re-duct work on an old home, AC/Heat work excellent now. Also utilized their monthly maintenance plan to save on service call pricing and get a front row seat for service.

Ivan came immediately and replaced a needed part on our HVAC system. Esp with temps around 12 degrees and going down!!
He was polite and explained everything well. And was able to get us up and going quickly!!

I needed to check my heating system. At the appointed time, a guy named Ivan arrived and very professionally and quickly checked the system and found the cause of the heating malfunction. I am satisfied! Good guys!

Paul arrived when he said he would to come and check out my heating and cooling system. He was very professional and personable. He answered all my questions and concerns. He explained my issues and what was needed to fix them. He explained everything in detail so that a non knowledgeable person could understand. When I’m ready to replace my system Graceland Air will be my top choice!

We had a great experience with Graceland Air in Lancaster, KY! Ivan came out to perform a maintenance check on our system and was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and provided helpful recommendations, especially regarding cleaning out our ducts and the different options available to improve our system’s performance.

Max was terrific. He arrived early, fixed my problem and got the furnace running- with just a standard service charge. He then installed a new programmable thermostat, which is working great. Throughout, he kept me posted on progress and explained everything well.

Had a great experience with Ivan during a routine maintenance visit. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. Took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Ivan and Max did a great job with the installation of our new HVAC system. They were very professional, kept in constant communication with us, explained everything clearly, and were willing to answer all our questions.

Paul was our initial contact. He took pictures of our current unit, answered all our questions, and explained his safety concerns to us. We feel he gave us a reasonable price for installation of a brand new unit, installation, and cleaning of our entire vent system in our home.

Does your HVAC company go out of its way to service your systems?! My driveway is long and steep and covered in ice due to the last storm, but that didn’t stop my furnace from breaking down! These guys park at the top of my driveway and brought all the parts in on sled! Who does that these days… Graceland HVAC does see the pictures! Thanks again Paul for your dedication!

After hours heating and cooling did right by my family. Our central Air broke and they came out in a reasonable time, and worked on it. Turns out there was a few options to replace a part for my 36 year old system or get a replacement system. I told them my budget and we scheduled to replace with a new system.
After hours expert Josh came and installed the system and worked hard to make sure it was perfect.

These guys are a class act and I highly recommend!
