Quick response time and very thorough in looking into what was wrong. Turned out not to be an HVAC issue but Ivan still figured out what was wrong and told us who we needed to call to get it fixed.

First time using this company was pleasantly surprised they had good ratings and I can see why after them coming out to our home very personable very respectful they was clear and explained our options and did everything they could to help. We got fast service and got our blower replaced the next day! We was so thankful bc it was the hottest week of the summer so far. We will definitely work with them in the future. I highly recommend really good at making contact and letting you know when they will be here, letting u know your appointment and letting you know the tech is on their way very happy with their service

had a recurring kitchen sink drain problem due to the way it was set up. they installed a new line from sink to collector pipe. good work, fast and neat.
very knowledgeable tech. even tested it and cleaned up nicely.

This was the third company we had come out and the only one to fix the problem instead of trying to sell us a new unit (ours is only 6 years old).
They were quick, super nice, and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Max and Ivan did a wonderful job installing two new heaters and A/C units in my home. They work was in an attic and basement. Definitely not an easy job. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I had my new units installed last winter. Given that I had not used my A/C units until yesterday I had a few small issues. Ivan was out the next day and did an outstanding job.
Update: I had an air purification system installed recently. My unit is located in a basement on the lake and my house was smelling like the basement. I immediately noticed the air has greatly improved. Anyone with allergies needs this unit. Especially for dust mold and mildew allergies. Paul did an outstanding job, he did a full inspection of my duct work and it’s scheduled for cleaning..

The young man Ivan was very polite and professional. He found the problem and gave us our options! He was easy to work with as well. We always call Graceland whenever we have problems with our HVAC!

An overall Excellent experience! Ivan was friendly, on time, and did a fantastic job. He answered all our questions and made sure everything was running smoothly and that we knew what we were doing before leaving. The new system feels very efficient and our home is already more comfortable.

Beware -- Don't use this company!!! Run!!!
Paul Lagado is the owner... He's not a respectful business man. I was going to use him, cancelled less than 24 business hours later and he still charged me (on a Synchrony Card-don't use them either) a 20% "cancellation fee". That's right, didn't use him and without any proof of expenses on his end, he put a charge on the Synchrony card for over $2,000.00!!! I NEVER got a copy of a "contract" he says I signed, either.
I'm a senior citizen on Social Security and he's trying to make me pay with ZERO services rendered! Silly me, I thought his company was Christian based. Please use anyone else!
