10:30 at night on a Saturday , our house started getting warmer and warmer with 8 people in the home. We called Dunrite and they sent out a technician right away for an emergency call. They got me up and running in less than a hour! House completely cold again! Thank you Daniel and Justin for being very professional and good hearted . Thank you Justin for driving such a long way in the middle of the night for getting our family cold ac again. We will definitely be call you guys again!

I can't say enough good things about everyone who works for this company. I've had the worst luck this year. My heat went out in January, then my AC went out in May. They worked around my schedule to install my new unit today. Randy and Lil' Daniel were so kind and helpful in explaining everything to me. They cleaned up behind themselves AND taught me how to work my new thermostat, answered all my questions even if they were silly. 10/10

I reached out on Facebook for suggestions for heating repair when my heat went out at the end last week. I have known Justin a long time, and he reached out to me and offered to come same day to take a look. His partner Daniel came out made a quick diagnosis and had our furnace replaced by the first of the week! Great communication, fair pricing and just all around good people. I highly recommend their services! We will be using them again!

Had a reducer put on that should been installed when furnace installed. This called to my attention during a hvac service call. Came back and installed it in a timely matter. We had such a great experience with DunRite HVAC! Another company came out and told us we needed to replace our entire heat pump system, which was overwhelming and stressful. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called DunRite.
Daniel came out, was incredibly kind and professional, and quickly diagnosed the real issue. Instead of pushing for a whole new system, he fixed the problem and had our heat pump up and running again in no time. He was honest, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing.
We are so grateful for the integrity and great service. Highly recommend DunRite HVAC — and definitely ask for Daniel!

Paul was great , he answered the phone first time I called he was very polite and pleasant over the phone. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and even got here earlier. He was very nice professional. I felt very safe with him being in my house very trustworthy. He did a great job and kept me updated throughout the process., I even had some issues with some other contractors, and he gave me some great recommendations and the people he recommended were fantastic they came out did a great quick professional job. I just can not say enough good things about Paul and Graceland themselves they will definitely be my go to people!!

Graceland Heating and Air replaced my condensate pump and did a great job. Scheduling was quick, pricing for the work was fair, and the technician (Paul) was professional and efficient. Everything went smoothly.

One thing to note — there was a $100 service call fee that wasn’t mentioned upfront and was not waived after repair was approved. It didn’t change my opinion of the good work they did, but it’s something to ask about when scheduling. I’ll definitely be using Graceland again for my future HVAC needs!
