We had Billy Adams for our Home Inspection today. He commuted well and was a pleasant person to speak with. He did a very thorough job, so we are pleased with his work overall. But at the end of the inspection meeting, I did ask if he had checked the water meter to the house to see if it was ticking/moving, to show if there was any water flow movement when everything was shut off to see if there were any active leaks that we couldn't see. He said he would check it out when he left, but it didn't get done. No pictures or notes of it on the inspection sheet and we were just a couple minutes leaving after him and he was gone. I think that should have been checked, especially for the premium price that we paid to have the inspection done. But, I would still recommend CHC, which is why they still got 4 stars.

Billy @ CHC was my inspector was very thorough in explaining what he found in the crawl space. As well as the potential for more trouble if the driveway didn't get some attention. He even pointed out that the deck out back could use a little reinforcement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made things easy for me to understand. Definitely gonna use them again and ask for him if I can.
