Canopy Lawn Care aerated and seeded our yard this Fall. They did a great job covering our lot and extending past it to make sure our entire lawn was covered. There are lots of cores in the yard! Canopy was very communicative plus their rate was very reasonable. We definitely recommend them for this service.

Canopy has really helped our lawn which struggled this past year with all kinds of issues from lawn death (on 2 yr old sod) due to fungus, to weeds out of control! I recommend their care.

I’ve been using lawn care services for over 40 years, and Canopy Lawn Care is by far the best I’ve ever had. My yard has never looked greener—they truly go the extra mile. The technician is always friendly and professional; just the other day, he even brought up my trash cans from the street. You really can’t ask for a better company to work with. Trust me—I’ve tried them all.

The owner, Shawn, was rude to me over the phone and tried to pressure me into buying another one of their products. I wouldn't do business with them. It's not how you handle a conversation with a customer. I was left feeling disrespected and out of pocket by over $400. I recommend using True Green or The Weed Man, who know how to treat a customer with respect. This is what you get after a year of service that doesn’t work. There excuse for a poor job was dog urine that’s funny because my whole yard isn’t experiencing it. Might I add I also did the Aeration and seeding they also recommend that set me back over $100. Still this is the result I get.

I really like the way they involve me in my lawncare plan. Constantly asking questions and looking for anything I may be concerned about. Great service technicians, Blake came by yesterday for our 3rd treatment, Excellent young man. All the rain we've had has helped but my yard hasn't looked this good in years!!

I brought in Canopy to aerate and seed my lawn. I also asked them to begin the lawn service. This has been one of the best experiences I have had with my yard in years. It has only been 10 days since their service. I have never seen new grass germinate and grow so quickly! The front yard looks the best since May with most of the grass now about 3 to 4 inches high.

The backyard has been a project since 2018. Two German Shepherds have done their best in destroying it. The entire backyard now looks like green hair. Some areas are 3 in, some are 1, but sprouts are showing everywhere. There is real hope that I won't have to be putting down a straw bale every month between now and May.

Andrew helped us with aeration and seeding and he was really helpful, polite and knowledgeable! He took his time to do the job and took his time to explain the next steps required in order to get the grass growing and stay healthy. He was amazing to work with!

Would not recommend. Save your money and find a local business to support. We had a great local lawn service that we used for 10 years but he retired so we called Trugreen. Hired them. Got a great deal on our first service with 50% discount and I’ve had nothing but problems every time they come. First service had to call for them to come back out and respray because they did not do part of the side of backyard. They were very good at coming right back out to reservice the areas they had missed. Lawn was looking great after the first application. Second service again didn’t spray the entire yard. Called to get a re-service and keep in mind that this was after I told the technician Spray everything that is mowed. Our yard is very defined on what is mowed because what is not mowed are 2 tall Fields that border, our side and back So there is no way to miss the entire yard. Third service I again remind them to spray the entire yard. They did put granules down on the entire yard and said that the entire yard was also sprayed. Well, here we go again. I have to call back. There was no spray put on the yard. Weeds are not dying in fact new ones are coming up! So I called back again after waiting two weeks and seeing the results on the weeds. I am told they will send a technician out to reservice The following week. No one comes. I hear nothing back. I call again. They tell me it takes three days to get it scheduled. I said well I called last Are now at seven days. They say they will have someone come out the upcoming Wednesday the 27th. No notification on Tuesday saying that they are coming. I call Wednesday morning to see what time they are coming only to find out that they are not coming. It is scheduled for Friday the 29th. I gave her the confirmation of the person I spoke to who said they would be coming on Wednesday the 27th. She says I’m sorry I see that here, but it is scheduled for the 29th. She gives me a confirmation number. It is now Friday the 29th. I call this morning to see what time they are coming no one is coming. It is scheduled for next Wednesday. I give him the confirmation number. He says he sees where it says they were supposed to be here today and that it said not to change the day from Friday the 29th but he’s sorry there’s nothing he can do. It is scheduled for the following Wednesday. He text me Complaint and says that someone will call me back within 24 to 48 hours. So keep in mind here that every time they reschedule me I have to change my schedule to make sure that I’m home to keep the animals out so they are not in the yard while it’s being sprayed. Am I confident that someone’s going to call me back not at all! Am I confident that someone will be here next Wednesday to re-spray what a joke not at al! So in my opion what they’re doing is putting their customers before their re-spray because they’re not going tomake their $200 on the respray. Oh, and keep in mind when I spoke to the second lady who said they were coming Friday she told me well you’re seeing weeds because they only spot spray. What! Well, considering my whole dang lawn is full of weeds What good is a spot spray the whole thing needed to be sprayed. Just to be clear, there were no words dying in any part of our yard as I walked the whole thing so there wasn’t even a spot spray done And they’ve never done a spot spray the previous two times. Save Yourself some money and some time because you’ll just constantly be calling them. Find a local business and support local! Unless of course you like dealing with someone doing a half assed job and you have to continuously call every time after they come

If I could leave a zero star I would. The services have been cancelled multiple times but we somehow still got a bill. Again their terrible services were cancelled over 3 MONTHS ago and they are still trying to perform services, have on camera last month, and was told that their terrible services was cancelled over 3 MONTHS ago. Now they are threatening me with collections. This company is a joke, tries to push their awful lawn services and tries to continue services after CALLING AND CANCELING OVER 3 MONTHS AGO! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH trugreen.

True green completed the aeration and overseeing of my lawn today both my technicians were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job completing my service today. I would highly recommend Trugreen for your lawn care!
