Great lawn care service. I’ve used them for >10yrs now and I’m greatly satisfied. I tried an alternative once before but came back to them running. They are hard to beat. I highly recommend TruGreen.

Jeremy Bailey did a great job today on aeration and seeding, made sure he covered the whole yard, very much appreciated. I have been here when having services done before, sometimes they are not even here for 10 min. He gets a 10/10

Was having issues with various weeds. The technician Keshandon Fuller seemed very knowledgeable and adjusted the application for what my lawn needs. Two thumbs up to Fuller!

TruGreen serves us well. And Keshaun Fuller is the best…informative and patient with my questions and very meticulous as he sprayed our yard being careful to avoid landscaping. Highly recommend him!

My family has used TruGreen for many years with hit and miss performance. The issue is they aren't consistent and don't follow directions long term after reporting problems. The last several years I've had to call annually to report areas of the lawn that aren't being treated consistently. They're always very apologetic and several treatments later it goes right back to the previous ways.

Hunter W. was amazing - he arrived for my first lawn treatment - he walked the property and discussed issues he saw as we walked and talked and stated how the treatments would help fix the issues. Very knowledgeable and really wanted to meet my expectations as a new TruGreen customer.

Tammy C. arrived for my first treatment on my trees and shrubs - WOW - what a positive experience. Tammy also walked my property with me and went absolutely over the top of my expectations - she was knowledgeable, understanding and willing to do whatever was needed to assure me that my trees and shrubs were going to be taken care of - she made me so glad I chose TruGreen for help.

My service is generally top-notch. My representative knows my yard and knows what to look for.
Only negative I have regarding the services that you have to pay additional for fungicide treatments and that seems to be generally the only issue I ever have sometimes with silver dollar spots.

Today my service technician from True Green knocked on my door. we talked about what I expected . I was very pleased in what I seen Mr Fuller covering my entire yard. I believe that this has been the very best spraying job on my lawn that has ever been done. My thanks to Mr Fuller for doing my lawn.

Great experience! He got back to me quickly and sent pictures when the job was done. Highly recommend for a good looking lawn and hassle free scheduling!

Jeremy was super conscientious and took extra time to communicate about the aeration equipment and our sprinkler system. We located all sprinkler heads and service was provided with no damage to our sprinkler system. Thanks Jeremy!

This is quite possibly the worst $1400. I have ever paid for service that basically ruined my yard. Where there was grass now there are weeds and crab grass. It is impossible to get anyone to come out and look at anything. When you call the office, you get an international office. I will never use this company again! It is a real rip off.

David did my aeration and seeding today, and left me instruction on watering and keeping the lawn ready for the best results from his work. I am very pleased with everything that he did and with his explanation, he also went out of his way to aerate my backyard area, which is quite narrow. He used a small aerator and seeded it separately. I’m very pleased.

Today I had my lawn aerated and over seeded, the technician Jacques Thomas performed the task, he took time to stop and talk and explain what he did and what needs to be done in order for this application to work, thank you

I've used Trugreen on two separate time periods (once years ago when it was still Scott's and again over the last two years). I noticed heavy amounts of crabgrass on one side of my house and all throughout the back yard. In investigating, I looked at my front and back cameras and saw they were not treating those areas of the yard, thus the crabgrass. I called and asked them to come back out treat the areas they did not do. They came back out a few days later and only treated the side of the front yard, but once again, did not treat the back yard. They did manage to put a sign saying the back yard was treated, but it was not. They lied. I had to call and cancel my service. You guys may want to check for people having cameras before you decide not to treat people's yards. I had been paying over $50 each time and also paid over $200 to get my yard aerated and overseeded and no telling how many times my side yard and back yard wasn't being treated. That's very poor customer service.

Emailed you guys a month ago like you requested me to and I still haven't received a reply. You're proving my point on your lackluster customer service.

Technician Bobby Newsome was hardworking and went the extra mile to get our service done well.

Have done a good job with the lawn overall. Last trip they sprayed for weeds and over sprayed an area that killed the grass. Reported the issue and someone came to inspect but have no response on how they will correct for the dead lawn.

An unauthorized grub treatment was done and my promised refund never arrived. It’s been one month. My service today was a granular fertilizer for my 3/4 acre He was here 15 minutes and only did the perimeter of the yard. I tried to catch him as he was heading to his truck but I was not fast enough. I agree with the other reviews, my yard looks worse after Trugreen.
