Notorious for either being late or NOT SHOWING UP at all for an appointment. They don't prioritize or value their groupon customers and will say they "didn't receive confirmation of appointment." Very sketchy.

I have edited this review as a reply to the response below. I purchased the groupon (in my name) as a Christmas present for a family member who this happened to very recently. I can provide this proof of my purchase. We have been extremely disappointed in the way this has been handled.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They're so easy to work with and they do an AMAZING job. What they were able to accomplish is 4 hours would have taken me days to do by myself. They will be my go to cleaning company for all future projects.

I have used this service twice in the past. I booked them for a move out service on May 25th. They contacted me today, July 2, to say they were cancelling my appointment because they had overbooked. They refused to re-book me, saying they were booked until August. I am closing on my house next week and have no opportunity at this last minute to book another company. I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use this company again.

I bought a house and did some renovations so I called Rock Cleaning to get the last bit of dust cleaned out. They did a great job! They arrived on time, scheduling was easy, and they cleaned quickly. I will definitely hire them again for another deep clean! They got all my fan blades and blinds (my least favorite things to clean). Highly recommend.

We have been using Rock Cleaning for about 9 months. They come weekly for a standard house cleaning. We have been so happy with their service and have recommended them to our friends and family. Usually about 3-4 team members show up each time for cleaning and they each tackle different areas of our home. They are in and out in under two hours and the house looks great and smells wonderful every time they finish. They are friendly and accommodating (we have a toddler and a dog!). I appreciate the confirmation text we get the day prior to cleaning as it serves as a reminder for me and also shows how reliable the company is. This is a great, locally owned business and I highly recommend!
