I own My Three Sons Professional Painting Services. At one of our job sites, we spilled a gallon of navy blue paint on a light tan carpet. We worked tireless trying to get the paint up and out of the carpet, but a bad blue stain was still evident. I called Chris Stinnett of Centric Carpet Cleaning and he worked us in at the end of the day to come clean the carpet. He even came back a day later to clean it again. Seriously, the carpet looked perfect when he was finished. My customer was happy and satisfied. Chris saved me a disaster financially if we had to replace that carpet. He knows what he's doing, and does it exceptionally well. I'll definitely reach out to him again and again. Thank you, Chris.

From the beginning, Chris was professional and efficient. Upfront w pricing, no hidden costs. I needed specific paperwork submitted for the job and he complied. Our floors hadn’t been stripped and waxed in over 6 years- now they look awesome! Grateful he was able to fit us in on short notice!

My wife and I just bought a house and the previous owner had two dogs so we knew we should get the floors clean before we move in. Kevin answered the phone and was able to be extremely flexible with us in scheduling. He came by and did an estimation and gave us his professional opinion on what and why different cleaning applications might be needed or not. Bluegrass Cleaning Company is an excellent choice for making your carpets fresh and clean! We scheduled them to come on a Saturday so the carpets in our home could be cleaned before we moved in. William showed up on time for the walkthrough, provided an estimate, and started cleaning within half hour. At first, I was nervous that he was there by himself but since we didn't have any furniture to move, William was still able to get the job done as scheduled. Our carpets look great! We will definitely call on Bluegrass Cleaning Company and William for our future carpet cleaning needs!

Kevin and his company are great. He was quick and effiecent. His quote truly included it all, no last minute additional prices. Great prices for the quality of service. He cleaned a whole house for us that we were moving into. The carpet was not the best, but now it's super clean and looks great. My sofa and loveseat were expertly cleaned. It took about an hour and dried in about 8 hours. I'm very pleased.

The service was professional, courteous, timely and respectful to the home they were visiting.
The technicians, Ashley and Mikael, were delightful and very knowledgeable.

We have the original carpet in our home. Needless to say it’s been through a lot! We’ve raised children, had dogs and cats! I was absolutely amazed at how all of the stains came out! I literally watched them disappear as they were cleaning! Their technique is a bit different from other companies we’ve used previously, which they charged more too. The price is very reasonable and I will definitely be recommending Kevin and his team to everyone!!

They showed up and immediately got to work. We were on a short timeline due to our store opening time. I was absolutely shocked at how well the carpets turned out! They look brand new! Excellent job and will absolutely use them again.

Both times I used their service they arrived early, were very kind & professional, and double check the material to see what the best treatment will be. I will always go to them for any carpet cleaning services! The carpet treatment working really well to remove cat urine odor last year and the cat did not gravitate toward the room for the year after. I am hopeful the upholstery steaming will work well too.

I appreciated the texted reminders and how efficiently they worked once they were in the house. I had a delivery tech from another company track some unknown black stuff all over my off white carpet. Kevin at Bluegrass Cleaning was wonderful to work with! My carpets look and smell great! And the carpet is soft, not hard and rough like some other cleaning systems.
