Kevin and his wife did an excellent job in my home. They were thorough and worked efficiently. Almost my entire home was completed in less than 3 hours. The carpets look great afterward! I would definitely recommend their services. I will be calling them again!

Bluegrass Company is A #1 +++ in our opinion and neither my husband nor I are relatives, or personal friends. This is the second time that we have had them - this time, because we reupholstered furniture and wanted it protected the right way! In addition to protecting the new upholstery, Kevin shared with us the specifics of how to handle any spills that may occur, AND they are now doing the same excellent job on hardwood floors. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual. Sorry to be so wordy but I never get anything out of 'one word' ratings- I always want the reasoning behind the rating- and now you have it!

Ashley and Mikael were phenomenal. They were so pleasant to work with, did an outstanding job, and were professional at all times. Our carpets take a lot from our dogs and they are very difficult to keep clean, but now that Bluegrass Cleaning Company has provided services, our home has never been cleaner!

Kevin and Ashley did an amazing and thorough job cleaning my carpet that was covered with stains from my kids. They were incredibly professional and the communication was excellent. Kevin and Jathan did a move in carpet cleaning for us and went above and beyond to ensure our home was move in ready. The previous owners had five children and a dog and as a result the carpets needed cleaned and freshened up. They look and smell like new now! We could not be more pleased. A great value for a great service. We are repeat customers (have done 2 mattresses and a couch in the past) and will continue to use Bluegrass Cleaning for all our cleaning needs. Thanks!

Great cleaning job and even made me aware of some mouse droppings that they cleaned up and then disinfected within my couch. They even brought to my attention what appears to be a burn mark on one of the cushions that they tried to get out but just couldn't. No fault of their own of course. I got a large area rug and a standard sofa done and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bluegrass Cleaning Company was very responsive and punctual with their services. They are very accommodating to their clients schedules. Bluegrass Cleaning Company came to my house on a weekend to provide their free estimate. They explained the process of their carpet cleaning and how best to accommodate when the cleaning was done (turning down the temperature of the home, vacuuming the carpet the next day). Texts were sent out when Bluegrass Cleaning Company was on their way for the service. My husband and I really felt the difference in our carpets! They were very soft and fluffy after the cleaning was completed.

I had an excellent experience with Kevin and Jathan of Bluegrass Carpet Cleaning. They arrived when they said they would and were polite, courteous and concerned that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They taught me about the process they employ to clean the areas that I wanted “refreshed”. I will definitely utilize their services in the future. They even ‘deep’ cleaned the hand scraped laminate!

The team that came today was great! They arrived on time, they worked quickly and efficiently, the results were fantastic, and the quote was reasonable. I was also able to schedule a same week appointment which was awesome! I’ll be using them again for sure.

Bluegrass Cleaning and Hardwood Refinishing was prompt, thorough in their inspection, and fixed the problem with cat urine that had gotten on a few places on my very old hardwood floors. They did great work, were very helpful with advice, and charged a very reasonable amount for their work.
