We were looking for a quality carpet cleaning company to take care of our carpet needs. Centric did a awesome job! Fast, Affordable, Quality Work!

Centric Cleaning performed the final cleaning for our company on a newly completed judicial center. They came in and did a great job after the previous cleaning company was removed from the site. Their workers were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Just had them come do a number of rugs and they did excellent work! Very professional, did a thorough job cleaning, and were very efficient. Will be using them again in the future!

Centric Cleaning was great to work with. I called late on a Sunday night and they picked up the phone, we had an emergency paint spill during a renovation. They were able to remove all the spots and major stains! Highly recommend them, will use their service again.

We talked with Chris on Monday and he was able to schedule us on Tuesday! He and his associate were professional and very helpful. Our loveseat was in particularly nasty condition before they tackled it due to our 2 small dogs, and now it is noticeably improved! Chris is the only carpet professional we could find who actually has a means to extract and neutralize dog urine odor/stains (all the others advertise "deoderizing"). We are beyond thrilled. Very professional and helpful, giving us information and providing us with a product to use until the next time. And there will definitely be a next time, as we will not use anyone else to clean our carpets and furniture.

I had nothing but a positive experience overall with this company. The front desk staff was kind and courteous. Chris came out the day I called him to take a look at a huge latex primer mess I'd made in my stairwell. He tried working on it that day and came back the next business day with some stronger cleaner, but unfortunately I let my huge spill sit for too long before calling him and it wasn't able to be repaired. Chris did everything he could, and I'm confident if I had called him sooner he would have been able to rectify the matter. I highly recommend them, due to their professionalism, and the high standard of quality to which they hold themselves. Even though the owner himself spent time and bought materials to help me out, he did not charge me a dime, which was unexpected, and abundantly kind especially in this day and age when it can be hard to know who to trust to do a quality job.

If you have any mess in your carpet you should call them, but don't make the mistake I made and wait too long to do it!

Centric cleaned my carpets today; they arrived in a timely manner, and we're very professional ! Their carpet cleaning machine even got milk out of our living room rug! Great local business and very friendly !

Amazing service, wonderful people and a great company. They are professional and do a perfect job! They are the best of the best!!!!! Def give them a shout for all your carpet, rug etc. needs.

No carpet. Just tile and grout in a newly purchased home.

The tile was okay, but the grout was black throughout the kitchen and nasty in four bathrooms.

Chris and Don came over, spent over 2 1/2 hours DOUBLE cleaning (by steam wand) and scrubbing (by hand) nearly 680 square feet of tile and nasty gross disgusting grout.

When finished, the grout returned to tan and the smell and tackiness of the floors was gone. The grout looks as close to new as a 19 year old grout can get. Frankly, I am not just surprised as to how well it turned out, I AM ASTONISHED!!

Furthermore, I called at 3:30pm and Chris and Don were willing to come out for same-day service way out in the sticks where I bought the house. Although I’m sure that won’t always be possible, I am grateful that they were available today.

I even received a bit of a discount for being a UK employee.

My job wasn’t cheap AND THE QUALITY SHOWS!!!!! I don’t have a lot of money, but this service was so incredibly worth the value I received.

I've worked with Chris several times and truly can't recommend Centric Carpet and Floor Cleaning enough. Always professional, always hard-working, and always reasonable! Hire them for your cleaning needs and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I could not of been happier. Zach and Anthony were respectful and professional as well as did a great job!! I had my carpet cleaned as well as a sofa and chair and they look brand new again! Awesome.

I contacted this company based on the past reviews and that it was a family owned business. I was not disappointed! Eric and Demitrus were both very professional and handled my things with utmost respect and care. The carpets were white, stained, and 17 years old. Lets just say because of the cleaning I do not have to purchase new carpets!! I would definitely use them again!

Wonderful Job! They cleaned 10 rooms in our business and then came to my home to clean two more rooms and a sofa. The carpets were the best they have ever looked and my 13 year old sofa looked brand new! Staff was polite, helpful, and extremely professional. We will absolutely be using them again.

I’m super picky and let me tell you, Centric Cleaning absolutely made my carpets and rugs look like new. I’ve cleaned my rugs and carpets myself and gone with other companies in the past but now have found the perfect place that checks all the boxes.
