we had out couches cleaned as we had a renter with a dog and lots of dog hair. the couches look brand new! thank you will use again! They were professional and timely!

Excellent work. Needed wax build up from engineered hardwood flooring striped. It is not easy to find companies that know how to this on wood flooring. But this company does it really well. After trying 2 different cleaning companies, each one leaving the floors looking worse, they Took 1400 sq ft of flooring that looked hazy and dirty and made it look brand new

The cleansing was great and the workers were very nice and respectful. Only issue was the price for the time it took to do the job. I paid $379 and it only took them 30 mins to clean my carpets. I didn’t do any add ons, I feel $379 for 30 mins is a little steep

Late for appointment with no notification they were running late. Price was high $282. For 3 area rugs. I expected the rugs to be steam cleaned which they advertised or some sort of extracting method they informed me they do not steam clean area rugs which I have had done previously with no damage. They used an encapsulation method which is a spray of solution and then a buffing with a buffer machine and pad. They vacuumed rugs before cleaning and told me I could vacuum in the morning which I did. I have a yellow lab with lots of hair and I vacuumed up 1/2 a canister of hair in my vacuum from 2 rugs. Also my area rugs still have a dog odor. Not pleased

Amazing work!! Their pricing was fair, their expertise on the matter was very obvious, and the efficiency of their work is unmatched! They were able to get me an appointment the day after calling, and seeing the carpet after their work was the difference between night and day. I moved out of an apartment with old 60’s carpeting, so I am being totally honest when I say I was astounded by how nice the end-product was. I also greatly appreciated the simplicity of the process and the consistent communication. If you need your carpeting cleaned, especially for move-out, these are your guys! I wiIl definitely work with them again if I ever need professional carpet cleaning in Lexington!! 👍

I had purchased a Groupon coupon back in April. I spoke with Kevin around June and we talked about when I might want to do my cleaning, and he was very helpful. And then we made an appointment later for July. This is July 22, 2025 and the technicians have just left. I could not be happier. My carpet is nine years old, and has only been professionally cleaned once in that time, Over a year and a half ago. And the other company did not do nearly as good as cleaning. It looks great. It smells great. And they gave me a really good deal for the extra footage and the scotch guard protection. I would do business with this company again!!

I called Simply Clean because of the good reviews and wasn't disappointed. They were here exactly on time and did an excellent job cleaning one carpet and a large tile floor. The women who did the job were friendly and professional I thought the price was very reasonable.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Hands down the best carpet cleaning service we've ever used. I wish I would've taken before and after photos, but truthfully I didn't think they'd be able to clean the area we called them about (heavily soiled groom's quarters, the fellas are rough on our carpet lol).... Boy was I wrong! Not only were the carpets stunning, but the ladies who came out were top tier as well! They were so kind and helpful, and the office staff were too. Did I mention efficient? They were able to set the appointment within a couple of business days, and the entire process only took them a few hours. We'll definitely be calling them in the future!!

Nice people. But quality is very poor. It is surface cleaning at best. Did NOT clean the rugs! Just vibrated some dirt. Bissell Little Green pulled out a ton of dirt the next day from just a small area. Will NOT use again.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. It was easy to schedule, they gave me an estimate over the phone, the cleaners were here right on time and were so friendly and got the job done quickly. My house looks great. I highly recommend Simply Clean Carpet Care!
