I was absolutely in "shock 'n awe" at the amazing job Wizard did on my 23yr old, builders grade carpet....heck....I may be able to get another 23 yrs out of this carpet! We have a new BIG puppy - strong BIG puppy - who managed to get out of her crate....that was bungee corded..... and ever so carefully carry my basket from the kitchen filled with a full pound of Belgium chocolate and eat it all! Downstairs where her crate was is hardwood and tile - so that was safe...... except for the box of vanilla instant pudding that was all over the family room - it looked like the last scene of the Godfather! Zoey.....the BIG puppy's name.... used the upstairs as her personal "porta-potty" with HUGE piles of chocolate....runny....T-rex size poop....and yes, she did pee and vomit the entire day while we were at work. Did she live...yes.....and is thriving. I apologize for the l-o-n-g story, but you have to understand what Wizard was up against with my carpet. I will use them forever and will recommend them to all my friends, family, and total strangers who need excellent carpet cleaning.

Wow!wow!wow! I am blown away. Our carpet had stains from pet urine, vomit, feces, and human stains of tea, red koolaid, and red nail polish. It all came out!!! And oyr house smells brand new. I can't get over the difference in our 20 year old carpet. Thank you, Billy for taking your time, treating us with respect, being a kind and decent man, and being so flexible to come at such a short notice. If you will come, we would really like to have you come ckean our carpets in the future.
