Fantastic experience! I tried Wizard Carpet & Rug Cleaning after a rave review from my mom (a repeat customer) and I'm very impressed! The customer service is incredible-- it was easy to schedule an appointment, I received a reminder call the day prior, the service technicians arrived on time, and I received a follow-up call the following day to thank me for my business and to ensure I didn't have any questions.

The technicians who serviced my home were very friendly, professional, and skilled. My carpets look the best they have since I've owned my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to friends or family. I'll definately be a using Wizard Carpet & Rug Cleaning again.

Billy with Wizard Carpet and Rug Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning and sealing our kitchen, bathroom and entryway tile. They hadn't been professionally cleaned/sealed since installation 7 years ago. The kitchen and bathroom have very light colored tile and grout, and although the tile didn't seem that dirty, and grout lines weren't awful, the before and after pictures are amazing!! We are thoroughly pleased with our brand new-looking tile, and highly recommend Wizard's tile cleaning for AMAZING results!! Additionally, Billy was friendly but professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable as to our specific tile needs. He took the time to answer all questions and explain details in depth - all making for a very positive experience. We believe the pricing for cleaning and sealing to be very fair - only wish we had this service done sooner. Would not hesitate to use Wizard again, and can't recommend highly enough!! Highly recommend! Very professional, efficient, and kind. We have light colored wall-to-wall carpet and a black dog who loves to dig and sheds, so our carpets were very dirty and had lots of dog fur embedded in them. They got up all the hair and cleaned the carpet super thoroughly. The carpet is back to its original white. The best part was, without me even asking, he cleaned the impacted hair and fur out of my vacuum cleaner and even used scissors to free up the brush roller. So, so impressed with their work. Billy definitely worked his "magic"!

These people are respectful and made an excellent job cleaning the carpets in several parts of my home. I appreciate their efforts in making these carpets appear brand new. If you want a reasonable price for carpet cleaning, I highly recommend this service.

This family business has been wonderful to work with. We have been in our home for 10 years and have called on the Carpet Wizard every time we have needed our floors done. We have light colored ceramic tile and grout as well as light colored carpet. After the team has cleaned, our floors and carpet look like new! They set up an appointment in a timely manner, show up on time, work hard and do an excellent job! My family and friends have had the same experience with the Carpet Wizard. They have been very pleased as well. I would highly recommend the Carpet Wizard. It’s very rare to get professionalism, quality and value all in one, but the Carpet Wizard team has them all.

Billy and his son are amazing. I called on Tuesday after my dog got sick on rug, and he was able to clean our rugs and carpet on Thursday. They were thorough and professional and very reasonably priced. They were able to clean the soiled rug back to life and clean spots and stains out of our carpet. I would recommend to anyone and will be using them again.

I didn’t believe in magic until they cleaned my carpets! Billy really revived our floors, even getting out blue nail polish and some tough food stains. We were amazed at the quality of his work.

We highly recommend Crupper Cleaning for your home! We’ve lived in our home for 20 years and hired Crupper Cleaning to come in and do a “deep clean” of the entire house from floor to ceiling in all rooms: what a fantastic job and a difference it made in the appearance of the home. As homeowners, we look over small details (Lampshades, electrical outlets, baseboards, light fixtures, and hinges); however, Crupper noticed and cleaned things, that over the years have never been touched. They went above and beyond to clean every inch of our home beyond our expectations. We also have many animals in our home. They respected each animal, and ensured their safety. After the deep clean, Cruppers is now coming once a week, and, the weekly cleaning is as thorough as the deep clean! Very professional, detailed, and reasonably priced! As they state in their advertising, they truly “gave us our weekends back” since they have done our cleaning!

Cruppers Cleaning has been a God send! My husband and I are new home owners and both work outside the home.
